The visas were ready earlier than expected. My only reservation is with the Visa on Arrival procedure at the airport (in Hanoi), not with Vietnam Visa Services (who were great). VOA in Hanoi was rather slow and added about an hour to our arrival.

The service for getting visa was very good, quick and simple. There was a mistake on one paper but they quickly corrected it. Only one remark: is require 1 passport photo, not 2.

The problem is at the airport, where you have two queues, the first one to show visa and passports and the second one to pay. We spent almost 1,5 hours waiting, but I guess has nothing to do with the visa service we paid for.

Excellent regarding fast and replying to your emails. I have to find out whether their service is good at the Airport self which is in due course.

The process of obtaining the letter was really easy. Now we'll just have to see if it works when we arrive in Vietnam!

Website was full of information. Application was straightforward to fill out. Response with approval letter arrived by email ahead of schedule. I was very happy with the service.

E visa was efficient, although our visas took long time at the airport to be ready, we had no problems to get it there.

SINCE NOVEMBER 2013 UPTIL NOW I HAVE VISTED VIETNAM 6 TIMES. I FEEL THE VISA LANDING DEPARTMENT IS UNDER EMPLOYED. MORE NEEDS TO BE DONE TO IMPROVE THIS DEPARTMENT.

We pre purchased a Vietnam Visa Approval Letter online. Instructions were very clear and concise. Emails about the process at every stage were sent to us. It was a simple process. I would suggest paying the extra fee for a Private letter. As Letter has very personal details on it e.g. Name, DOB & Passport No. We had no trouble with the Pre Approval letter when we landed in Danang.

Ordered 2 visas - 1 single trip, one multiple.

Office sent 2 single trips. When asked they said they would arrange for one multiple. Upon arrival at Vietnam the agent was very grumpy and complained that his office had not told him about the change. Waited 90 minutes despite paying for the priority service and watched everyone else get visas before me - I would have been quicker joining the queue myself.

.They answered all my questions and replied to all my emails super fast, but they did not mention the fact that for a visa for a traveller by land, they help was not needed since I had to get the visa at the emabassy anyways in that case. So basically, I paid for a service that I ended up not needing.

If you arrive early in the morning at the airport, the line for Visa On Arrival is not very long and you don't need the fast track service.

Easy service, no hassles, TIMELY result. Use them !
