Extremly bad customer service. Do not use this company!

eVisa was handled initially quite well. However, after departing home for Vietnam was informed by email that I needed an additional $USD 110.00 CASH because Vietnam Immigration had changed their policy effective after I have left home. I returned email asking how to pay online as I would not have that extra cash. Was then told that the additional payment did not apply to me as I was entering via Hanoi Airport. But upon arrival the extra CASH payment was required. After about an hour of discussion with the eVisa.org company employees ... I was able to make the additional payment online. Bad customer service as I requested to do this before arrival and was told not necessary. They need to get their dialog correct before telling misinformation to customers.

When i fill the form Why it say 1 day guarantee?after i paid the fee, it say need 24~48 working hours, what is that meaning? That mean need 3~6 days( as 1 days have 8~10 working hrs) it is very confusing.…

The Vietnam Evisa is a fast acting great customer service experience. They take the travelers needs seriously while coaching new travelers through their experience as well. Though I travel a lot, I can not see why a traveler would not use this great service.

I've used this company several times, mostly making bookings for colleagues visiting Vietnam. Some of those times have been convenient and quick, with good support. Others have been absolutely dismal. Whether or not you pay for the express service, the visa seems to arrive in the same time frame. On this most recent occasion I applied for a visa on behalf of a visitor, paid for the premium same day service. FOUR DAYS LATER I still haven't received it ... emails have gone unanswered and I had to call three times before someone picked up the phone - issue still not resolved. I would recommend you try somewhere else unless you have an excess of time and money to ease with this company.

I used this service to obtain an emergency visa, and it worked great. The Fast Track at the airport was a bit slow because there were a lot of people in line. However, other people without fast track waited substantially longer.

I have just arrived in Vietnam from Australia a few days ago. And Vietnam-evisa did help me a lot. Didn't have to waste my time waiting at the airport for the stamp, and they also sent a person to pick me up from the airport. Thank you guys a lot ! it does save me from a lot of trouble after a long enough flight. I will recommend my friends about your service.

Did not know that the rules had changed and you cannot obtain a visa upon arrival in Vietnam anymore. You have to start the process here. After talking online to this crappy company they ensured me that I would get my visa for Da Nang so that I could catch my flight on sunday after moving it from Saturday because of my visa issues. I fill out the forms, send in my CC number and than they send me a letter back saying if you can fly into these other airports we can get you a visa but not for Da Nang because its the weekend. Isn't that what I paid $434 for?? They are a crappy typical Asian run business. They are just out for an easy buck and they are not a legitimate in good standing company. Do not waste your time!!

Despite paying for FastTrack Visas and confirming by email from Hong Kong 4 hours prior to our arrival, there was no-one to meet us and no Visa's waiting. We tried everything we could think of to find out what was going on. The signage is poor and no-one would speak to us. I tried ringing the Phone Numbers provided and the '24 hour' phone number just rang out. Therefore we went to the back of the line and were last to get our Visa's. This whole process took over 2 hours. The officials were rude, and we had to pay for to have photos taken again. They kept waiving us aside and no-one would speak to us. When we paid for our Visa's to the immigration official (again) one of the $ 20 USD notes magically disappeared, even though I counted the notes carefully with my partner twice before I handed it over.
We were last out of the Airport at 3am and our Paid for Pickup and Driver were no-where to be found. We then had to deal with a swamp of taxi drivers trying to charge outrageous prices to get to our Hotel. Not a good experience

I almost missed my plane because of a mistake made on my visa approval documents. I was one day out and they wouldn't allow me to board the plane. I quickly contacted the hotline and they were able to email me an updated valid visa within 15 minutes.
I was very happy!

The visa process was fine, but I paid an extra $25 for car pick up service which they promised would be a smooth and easy process.

Upon arrival, no one was there to meet me. I waited and waited, trying to get in touch with someone on the phone. The toll free number on their site is disconnected, and no one was answering the phone. I sent an email, and finally someone returned my call after I had been waiting there for over half an hour. I explained that no one was there, so they told me to wait while they found a driver. Another 25 minutes go by, so I tried calling back to ask about what was going on, but again, no one answers the phone. Finally someone phoned me back to say that no one was coming so I should take a taxi!! It had now been over an hour sitting in the heat at the airport, a complete waste of time.

I told the person on the phone that I wanted a full refund of not only the car service but also the $19 visa service as compensation for wasting my time, which she agreed to on the phone. Then I received an email saying they would only refund the car pick up - which they obviously have to since they failed to provide the service.

The funniest thing is in their email they said they would provide me better service next time. As if I would ever book with such an incompetent company ever again.

And I agree with another complaint below - they don't make it clear that the private letter you purchase means that your personal information is going to be shared with a bunch of other people. This company is a joke.

The company got me the visa approval letter just fine. I do find their security weak. There might be a virus that they do not know about, because my credit card information got stolen right after I used their website. Of course, my bank alerted me and denied the transaction. I already got a new card, but the company needs to strengthen security.

The other issue was how the approval letter had other travelers with me. That may be how Immigration does it, but the company can block out their information to protect from identity theft. I don't want my name and travel information known to people traveling from other countries.

The past 30 hrs have been dissastrous for Jetstar flyers from Perth to Singapore. There was delay after delay and finally Jetstar flight 3K555 which was to arrive at 8.15am Thursday morning touched down at Ho Chi Minh at 2.55pm on Friday the 10th,, 32 hrs late.
I paid for fast tracking at your airport but there was none. I realise that your organisation must have been confused with the delay but surely you can keep track of late arrivals. Keep displaying names and not write them off your list until they arrive.
I thought your company was smart but in future I will not utilise your fast track service which costs US 15. as your company did not assist me this time. What about a refund? A disgruntled.traveller...Peter Leslie-Green.

I'm a regular customer. It wasn't any problems before last time. At the date of my flight my visa wasn't ready.They sent me my previous visa instead incidently. I was really nervous, but your staff met me in airport and bring my approving letter and help me to get visa without line. I'm going to stay your customer in the future and I hope it's not happen again . Thank you.
