Ich habe am 19.06. bestellt, es wird damit geworben, dass die Ware innerhalb von 1-2 Werktagen versendet wird. Die Bestellung ist nun fast eine Woche her. Am Montag rief ich an, um den Stand der Bestellung zu erfragen - mir wurde gesagt, ich bekäme eine E-Mail hierzu. Ich wies darauf hin, dass es dringend sei, da ich nächste Woche auswandere.
Ich habe nichts erhalten.
Also rief ich heute nochmals an, mir wurde mtgeteilt, dass die Ware versendet wurde und die Dame sagte, sie würde mir gleich eine E-Mail mit der Sendungsnummer schicken.
Wieder nichts erhalten. Ich schrieb also eine E-Mail hinterher, mit der Bitte, mir die Sendungsnummer zukommen zu lassen. Hierauf wurde mir geantwortet, dass die Ware noch nicht versandt worden sei und ich eine Info bekomme, sobald diese versendet wird. Ich wurde also ganz offensichtlich belogen und das ist völlig inakzeptabel. Ich hielt viel von Victorinox, aber nach dieser Erfahrung bin ich raus und werde dort nie wieder bestellen. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um!

Die Rollen an meinem Koffer waren gebrochen. Der Kundenservice hat auf eigene Rechnung neue geschickt, die man leicht selbst anbringen konnte. Der Koffer ist wieder perfekt. Das nenne ich Nachhaltigkeit.

Die Räder am alten Victorinox Trolley blockierten. Welche Freude, als nach kurzer Zeit kompatible Ersatzräder geliefert wurden. Perfekter Service - sehr schnelle Lieferung der Ersatzräder - Trolley rollt nun wieder tadellos, bin begeistert und empfehle Victorinox-Gepäck gerne weiter

I’ve been a loyal fan of Victorinox for years, and once again, the company has exceeded all my expectations.

For nearly four years, I searched worldwide for replacement scales for Timekeeper Swiss Army knives. I contacted distributors in multiple countries, but the response was always the same: “Sorry, they’ve been discontinued.”

One day, I decided to reach out directly to Victorinox’s Customer Service team in Switzerland. I was fortunate to be helped by Cindy, who responded with warmth and professionalism. At first, she confirmed the parts were no longer available… but just a few days later, she wrote back with amazing news!

They had located the exact scales I needed, in the original color, and offered to send them to me completely free of charge — even covering shipping costs.

This gesture says everything about Victorinox’s commitment to quality and long-term customer care.

Thank you Cindy and the entire Victorinox Customer Service team — you truly honor the legacy of a brand that I proudly carry with me every single day in my pocket.

It was really annoying the customer service could not cancel my order even the delivery address was wrong, even I called them only 3 minutes after I ordered it. I just want to reorder it but they can’t do it for me. Calling several times but nothing had been done. They kept on breaking their promises and did nothing. The customer services are the same as AI chat box, or even worse.
At the end, they can't cancel my order, but the product was not delievered to me. They just pretend they will contact me, but I never receive feedback from them. They also mentioned on their website, there will be delay in product delivery, the fact is the product will not be delivered.
I did inform them my contact, but they never contact me. There is no integrity for this company.

Ich habe am 12.06. eine mechanische Armbanduhr bei Victorinox bestellt, am 13.06. war sie in der DHL Packstation. Die Uhr läuft einwandfrei, auch mit früheren Taschenmesser-Bestellungen hatte ich bei Victorinox noch nie Probleme.

Bewerte jetzt das zum zweiten Mal, das erste Mal ist einiges schiefgelaufen.
Habe heute das neue Wunschmesser erhalten mit der richtigen Gravur. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt auch mit dem Kundendienst. Das falsche Messer habe ich heute an euch wieder zurückgesendet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität des Messers und bin auch sehr zufrieden mit dem Kundendienst wo das alles in die Wege geleitet haben.

Seit langem nutze ich als Vielflieger Victorinox Produkte und bin seit Jahren sehr zufrieden.
Nun habe ich erstmals für ein Ersatzteil den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Auch hier hervorragende Betreuung. Zeitnahe Bearbeitung und reibungslose Hilfe.

Ich hatte ein altes Taschenmesser aus dem Nachlass meines Vaters endeckt. Bei einer Anfrage über die Modellbezeichnung und das Alter des Messers bekam ich innerhalb weniger Tage eine freundliche Antwort die sehr Hilfreich war. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür!

Ein einfacher Spargelschäler hat abgebrochene Komponenten…. An Reparaturservice zugestellt und nach drei Tagen wurde mir ein neuer in den Briefkasten gelegt. Top Service und tolle Qualität der Produkte - echt Swiss Made. ich danke und gratuliere zum erfolgreichen Unternehmen, Christine Schmid

J’ai du acheter en tout 6 ou 7 produits, j’ai eue deux problème avec le dernier, mais vraiment minime. Qualité de fabrication parfaite, prix très bas, surtout pour la qualité, expérience d’unboxing vraiment cool (c’est bête mais ça compte).

Mon swisstool spirit est légèrement désaligné (donc posé sur une table, en appuyant d’un côté ça tangue), et sur ce même produits, la lame de scie était pas parfaitement finie, alors il restait des copeaux de métal, qui sont partie à la première utilisation)

Donc que des soucis mineurs, qu’on ne rapprocherait pas à d’autre entreprise, merci d’exister encore après 100ans lâchez rien 🫶

Beim letzten Flug hat mein Koffer sehr gelitten und die Räder waren massiv verunstaltet. Die Serviceabteilung von Victorinox hat mir kostenlos einen kompletten Satz neue Räder zugesendet. Der Koffer ist somit wieder wie neu. Sensationeller Service - einfach perfekt!!!

Je fais confiance depuis des années à Victorinox, comme mon père, comme mon grand père. Tous ce que j'ai pu acheté ces 50 dernières années m'a entièrement apporté satisfaction, et plus que ça d'ailleurs... du plaisir qui se bonifie avec l'âge. Cerise sur la gâteau, quand vous sollicitez leur SAV la qualité et le service sont encore là. Merci pour tout ça.

I ordered several travel items online from Victorinox Canada. That was on May 7. By May 15 I had still not been informed that the items had been shipped. Not a word. It took several messages/emails to get a response. By the time these items arrive, I will already be abroad and they will remain on my porch until my return. Useless.

Also, if you are a Canadian currently boycotting US products, because the US president thinks we'd make a "great" 51st state - you might want to know that all Victorinox products ship to the US before being shipped on to Canada. Maybe source an alternative product until Victorinox bypasses the US.

Von meinem Sohn habe ich eine Sammleredition geschenkt bekommen.
Das kleine Messer von Victorinox habe ich an meinen Schlüsselbund angehängt. Dies war leider keine gute Idee, denn die Qualität des Druckes lässt mega zu wünschen übrig. Der Druck verkratzt total. Auch die Seite mit Namen ist schon genauso zerkratzt.
Schade. ☹️

Fa. Victorinox hat sich super schnell gemeldet.
Bin mal gespannt, es wurde Ersatzlieferung angekündigt.

I got a small penknife as a birthday gift over 5 yrs ago. About 2 yrs ago I lost the knife as it came off my key chain and I thought I had lost it. To my surprise I was digging in the front garden when I discovered the knife in the dirt. It was washed and I can honestly say the knife has not one spot of rust and is in almost perfect condition. The only damage is some scuff marks on the plastic which is not surprising as it was lost for 2 yrs.
excellent product and I’m glad I have found it and am using right now after a good wash.

Recently I was looking for a hand luggage trolley and my choice was the SYNTRY model from the brand WENGER.
Upon receiving the trolley there was a small defect (rubber of the handle).
After reporting this to Wenger, I quickly got a response back from the Victorinox customer service department and the problem was addressed quickly and professionally.
So nothing but praise for the Wegner brand and the Victorinox customer service department as a result of which I now use the Wegner Syntry trolley as a satisfied customer on a regular basis.

The after sales service was above my expectations. Quick and efficient, a couple of emails, a photo and the reference number and I got free of charge one replacement handle for one 6-year-old bag. Thank you Victorinox.
