Victoria Beckham’s beauty products and especially the perfume are amazing. So elegant and refined. I especially love the Portofino and San Ysidro drive perfumes. Just exquisite. I have noted some of the bad reviews but she is just starting out with this beauty line and I’m sure that she will refine the shopping experience as things move along for her. Some of the best products I’ve ever purchased. The delivery of the products could be a bit better in better packaging, but I’m sure her team are looking at this.

Amazing products and customer service!

I LOVE the make up- the foundation drops is simply the best ever formula I have ever tried. I love the eye liners and eye shadows.

I referred a friend for 20% off, and it didn’t come off her order. She contacted customer service who have honoured this and will refund 20%, and I entitled them to see if I would also get 20% and they sent me a code quickly so can’t fault them.

My suggestion for improvement would be to change courier in the U.K.- Evri do not have the best reputation, and one of my orders was left outside my side door on the floor where anyone could have picked it up. Luckily no body did

I placed an order for Victoria Beckham foundation costing £104 on 6.10.25 after reading a positive review in the Sunday Times. The money was immediately taken from my credit card account. Despite contacting the company using their email address several times and also their chatbot, I have received NO order number or shipping information. It is impossible to speak to anyone by phone. Not good enough.

The website confirms order without you actually choosing to do so. I tried to use the 15% off first order offer but the website does not allow you to add the offer code until all other fields are filled out (including payment details) after doing this, I added the voucher code and pressed apply NOT pay now, the apply button next to the voucher code section. My order then immediately went through at full price (I WOULD NOT have chosen to spend £64 on 2 eyeliners) without me pressing PAY NOW.

I feel scammed - they’ve taken my money and confirmed an order without me actually giving them permission to do so. There’s no option to cancel the order and their website explicitly states orders can’t be modified or cancelled once placed.

Emailed their customer support but judging by these reviews I shouldn’t hold out much hope

Feel like my only option here might be a chargeback so I’m not out of pocket. If I have to return there’s ’handling fees’ according to the website.

I’m fuming. Victoria Beckham - if you or your team check your Trustpilot reviews (and you should) do something. You don’t want your name all over a scam surely? And that’s exactly what this is, you CANNOT take payment until I have expressly stated that this is ok. If there’s a PAY NOW button THAT SHOULD BE THE BUTTON THAT TAKES PAYMENT. Not APPLY DISCOUNT.

Brought the eye pencils and both myself and daughter find that the pencil drops back into it's pencil, if you sharpen it it breaks....it's poor quality that we weren't expecting.

I ordered her new foundation drops and immediately after placing the order I realised I had ordered the wrong colour.( my mistake ) There is no one to ring to sent an email asking to send the colour I wanted .48hrs later had a reply stating no we can’t amend orders as we send the orders out straight away. I will have to wait until it arrives and send it back . 24hrs later it’s still not been dispatched. What a way to run a high end company.Also why are they now using Evri . Won’t be purchasing again which is a shame as her eye makeup is very good .

Spent over £300 on various bits of makeup and never received any of it. Evri states this is 'in transit'. I got an email from Evri stating it has missed the courier collection and will be sent out the next day. This was three days ago. I have emailed VBB and heard nothing back from them, I have emailed Evri five times now and whilst I got an initial response stating my parcel would be delivered that same day up until 9pm it still didn't come. The email also stated if it didn't arrive they would email me with an explanation as to why. Now all gone silent. I would have thought the amount that these products cost VBB would have used a better courier service, Evri are literally the worst out there. I will not order again online even if I do ever receive the items, because it is clear her customers mean nothing.
AVOID.

I bought the Satin Kajal Liner (Bronze) and San Ysidro Drive perfume! The eyeliner is perfect for everyday use. It’s smooth and love the color! The perfume smells really good! I receive a lot of compliments!

I went to Selfridges Victoria Beckham beauty counter and I was so impressed by customer service, Qualdo F. was so helpful not only helped me to find my shade of foundation and concealer but also recommended other products which i love and definitely will buy again. Thank you Qualdo for a support and advice.

Faulty VBB lip tint doe foot.
No help whatsoever from the customer service.
So not waste your time emailing of popping in their shop. They will keep on passing the email to different departments, but you will never get real help.
I have been informed by their menager at selfridges that they are aware of the problem but have not done enough. They have produced some replacement lids but were not enough to meet up the demand.

I am happy to see that all over the net there are many many others who have experienced the same problems as myself, but sad to see that VBB has done nothing to help, hence they have resorted to additional spending in Amazon.
3 faulty product, many years on and off on the contact with VBB and no solution.
I suppose the product in them has probably expired by now.
Such a shame

Loved all products ordered！

Ive loved all the products I have bought. The eyeliners stay all day. The lipsticks are creamy and feel wonderful. I have a love/hate relationship with blusher but VB's Cheeky Posh is amazing to work with. Looking forward to trying the foundation which has been dispatched today. Would give more than 5 starts if I could.

My assumption was that Victoria Beckham was a savvy business woman running an upmarket company.
BUT....................................
If that's what she's aiming for she's falling far short.
She uses Evri for delivery for heavens sake, the very bottom of the market , and I'm getting pestered by sales emails every darn day.
I can't comment on the product because it STILL hasn't arrived.

edit: I'm making a slight revision to my review as the product has arrived and seems very average and poor value for money. What is not acceptable is the high delivery charge for the slowness of evri. If Amazon traders can manage a next-day delivery free with Prime, VBB, with a product 4 or 5 times more expensive, and with a high delivery charge, should do a 24/48 Royal Mail dispatch.

I love this lip gloss, always buy Bikini. BUT!! It is now only last 2 weeks-ish. I have just finished one I only ordered a couple of weeks ago. The same was true with my previous purchase but just thought it was bad luck. Seems to be there is not enough product in the tube. Very poor. I am now looking elsewhere.

Ordered The perfume Portofino 97 because of the way the sample smelled. Ordered the set of large bottle of perfume and cream. $260.00 later the big bottle smells nothing like the sample. I asked for return label but it had to be approved. Took over a week to get the label to return it for a refund. Then sent it back, have not heard a word its been over a week emailed multiple times was told their "warehouse" was in disarray and they are backed up with the returns. Somehow that's my problem now? Giving it a few more days, then contacting my bank for a dispute since I have all the information I need. Sad, as prior to this had no issues compared to what I have read here....Will NOT order again.

Absolutely love VB beauty products, they perform well and the packaging is stunning.
Unfortunately I have to mark down due to VB using Evri as their preferred courier. I wouldn’t expect VB to link themselves with any company with such a poor service, every time I’m expecting an order via Evri they give me a two hour delivery window and then change it at the last minute to later on in the day. I hate being messed around with timings, please VB, start using a reputable courier service. This is the only reason I would hesitate to buy online again.

First time purchasing VB Beauty products. I bought the bronzing brick and colour wash - quality as you would expect. My orders came with 2 samples of VB fragrance.

My only gripe is, why send the products with Evri - i shop online quite a lot, and a lot of companies use Evri because they're cheap...they are such a bad company and
I thought VBB would use a more reputable & reliable company like DPD.

I'm comparing this delivery experience to Selfridges, who are excellent and delivery is really quick.

I don’t really understand the bad reviews as I’ve used the eye liner, contour stick, vast lash mascara and I’ve just received a sample of the Portofino perfume. I find the quality fantastic. The eye liner with the sponge at the end works so well. I’m on my second mascara because it lasts for ages without clumping and smudging. I love everything I’ve had so far and I find the value good because they last so long.
