Sadly a similar experience as many reviews on here. Placed order 26th November, order never received. Multiple emails to Vb beauty ignored. Evri tracking showed “on hold” at depot until 9th Dec. Email from Evri support 9th Dec confirmed package had failed to connect with courier, then within 24hrs of sending that message they updated their system to make tracking appear to retrospectively show it had been delivered 2nd Dec. Raised complaints with both Evri and VB beauty, all ignored. Email today from Evri now claiming they delivered to wrong address. One lie after another.Clearly lost or stolen and covering tracks. They state VB Beauty need to resolve, but to date Victoria Beckham Beauty has failed to respond to a single message. Absolutely disgusting customer service, headed up by someone that seemingly cares so much about “her brand”?? It was my first attempt at using this brand, there won’t be another.

Shocking delivery service, items have been with evri for 10 days and still no update on when or if they will be delivered. Customer service is well a challenge as its a typical faceless service and after 5 days still no response. Unfortunately i wont be buying again whilst they use evri. Expected better service from this brand

So far shite- ordered 3 weeks ago still no delivery or update by beck or evri. Looks like my partner Won’t be getting an Xmas present

Can't believe I am giving VB a 1 star review. I have always loved the products. However they are completely let down by the appalling delivery service. They use Evri. Two separate presents we have ordered now seem to be 'lost in transit' and it will be too late to order them again online. Given the cost of these products - they really should be using a delivery company that is consistent and reliable. I order from Chanel also - and have never had a 'lost in transit' or even a delayed delivery. Please change your courier VB !!!!

Parcel did not turn up, I’m still waiting almost three weeks later. Non existent VB customer service so there's no way of contacting them, all I've had is an automated email reply. This is just dreadful service!

Placed order on 29th November nothing has arrived. I have chased with VB customer service twice now. Zero response.
I am genuinely shocked at the lack of customer care.

1 star because Trustpilot won’t let me give 0. Had the same appalling experience as others. Black Friday sale order dispatched on time then delayed with Evri before the tracking stopped completely. Very surprising that any company charging £30+ for an eyeliner uses Evri in the first place - hardly a premium service.

Unhelpful, uninformed responses from Evri and none at all from VBB. VBB’s automated response is quite aggressive in telling customers not to chase up within 48 hours of emailing but less keen to advertise that they won’t bother replying AFTER that time either.

Victoria Beckham’s companies are in trouble and I can only assume they’ve stopped bothering with customers and existing orders as they are about to fold. Contact your card company for a chargeback as VBB is in no hurry to get in touch with affected customers.

The products are great - if you receive them. Unfortunately this company use Evri and twice now my products have not been delivered to my address. Having already been charged with no products I am now in a battle to get a refund or redelivery.
UPDATE - VB Beauty have now refunded me for the items missing due to EVRI. Customer Service very apologetic, obviously having to deal with so many complaints due to delivery problems. Such a shame. I absolutely love their products.

Sadly same issues as everyone else. Ordered on Black Friday sale on 28/11 ,over £100 worth of stuff. Still waiting for order, ignored by Evri & VB customer services, parcel obviously lost by Evri!. Now have to wait till 27 December to request a refund from my bank.
I wonder if Mrs Beckham & her team are even aware of the huge numbers of dissatisfied customers(many of whom are now without presents ordered from her website in plenty of time for Christmas) I think not! For a premium brand I expected a lot more.Shocking service.

I shopped with VB for the first time. I bought her eyeliner. The lead for want of a better word slides up and down inside the wooden pencil. Any pressure on it and the middle disappears! I've contacted customer service by email. So far no reply! Order number B2341098

Bought an eyeliner with the Black Friday sale 12 days ago. Package hasn't arrived, has been with Evri for over 7 days, and neither Evri nor VBB customer service respond when chasing up. I had a similar situation with H&M and they refunded instantly.

Order number B2855618 incorrect items received, I’ve sent two emails and haven’t resolved. If I do not receive a response by Monday I will be contacting my bank for a full chargeback as per my consumer rights. Please send me the items I originally ordered as swiftly as possible.

Placed my order on 1st December 10 days later still not dispatched I’ve sent two emails to VBB and no response. When I’ve used the CS email before it hasn’t been as shocking as this is now. For such a huge name to be branded with such poor service is unacceptable. It appears I’m not the only person experiencing this. I adore VB and the products but unless this is sorted asap I will not be ordering again.

Ordered an eyeshadow on 29 November and I have still not received it. The delivery company Evri state that they are returning the parcel to Victoria Beckham Beauty - they have not tried to deliver the parcel to me and have given no explanation as to why. I have contacted Victoria Beckham Beauty to resolve the issue but I have received no response. Will not order from here again and don’t hold out much hope of getting my money back.

I live in Australia and I made 2 orders with VB Beauty because I was so keen to step up my make up quality and try these products. I love VB’s ethos and the packaging looks incredible and reviews of the products were really encouraging.

Over 4 weeks after placing the orders, my orders hadn’t arrived and it was only when I followed up that I was told that VB don’t know what happened with my delivery. They were good enough to offer a refund but I still don’t have my money back. And I don’t have my order.

VB needs to take a more active role in monitoring its delivery services in its overseas delivery areas, particularly as in most of Australia, we cannot buy VB from a retailer.

Very disappointing and has left me reluctant to order with VB again.

Terrible customer service - item was lost by the courier 2 weeks ago. No way to contact VB except via email and all my messages have gone unanswered for over a week. No way to claim a replacement or refund. Having to try and claim through credit card.

AVOID! I placed an order 10days ago, parcel might be lost and no help at all from customer service or Instagram!!! Super cheap!!! Not worth paying as premium and getting this awful service

I really wanted to love my experience because the products themselves are beautiful, but unfortunately the customer service has completely let the brand down.
I placed a large order on Black Friday and tracked it through Evri. After a few days, the tracking changed from “received at local sorting office” to “returned to sender” without a delivery attempt, notification or explanation.
I contacted customer service and received the generic automated response advising me not to message again or they would basically ignore me and to wait 48 hours before bothering them again, which I did.
I then explained that I still wanted the parcel and asked for their help in redirecting the parcel back to me and heard nothing.
I tried contacting Evri, but they were equally useless and couldn’t offer any explanation or resolution.
I contacted customer service again and am still awaiting a response, nearly a week later. Meanwhile, the parcel continues to show as “return to sender”.
Out of frustration I contacted my credit card provider to request a chargeback because I wasn’t willing to waste more time trying to resolve an issue that should have been a simple fix with just a little communication.
The products may be lovely but the customer service is non-existent and the delivery experience is a complete let-down. Lesson learned: read reviews as this situation is far from unique.

I ordered some make up on 24/11/25 I still haven’t received it I have e.mailed 3 times and get the same generic e.mail back. I have tried on other platforms to reach out to them and had no response. It’s frustrating that you can’t talk to anyone. Customer service is awful I’ll think twice before ordering again
