I’ve contacted customer services twice & both times the service has been absolutely outstanding. The first time an item was missing from my order & this was shipped out & received within a few days & the second time was my own mistake as I’d ordered the wrong shade. The refund was dealt with really quickly & I was able to purchase the correct shade on the VB counter in Manchester. On both occasions customer services were polite, professional & friendly & the problem was solved quickly & efficiently.

This was my second order from VB Beauty, and unfortunately it took its merry time to arrive. I placed the order on 6th January and have only just received it nearly a month later. The products themselves are exquisite — and with their premium price point, one would naturally expect a five‑star level of customer care to match.
However, the customer service experience fell noticeably short. I reached out several times for an update on my delivery, yet my emails went unanswered, and I was instead required to log into the ZenDesk platform to view delayed responses. What is wrong with responding via a normal email, especially when customers are seeking clarity?
It’s a real shame that such beautiful products are let down by a lacklustre customer service experience.

I have to say I’m shocked to see such a low score for this company. My first time experience with VB beauty was outstanding. I had ordered the wrong shade of the eye pencil coverage and contacted customer service to check if I had received the correct colour. Nona was outstanding at helping me pick the correct shade and posted this out to me. I love VB both clothes and make up and would highly recommended.

I’ve been purchasing all my make-up and skincare products from Victoria Beckham Beauty for quite some time now and never once have I ever found a fault with this store. Every item was flawless, luxurious, delivered on time, packaged beautifully, and every product performed as stated. When I’ve contacted the store to ask a question about a product, I have been treated so kindly and even the smallest question is never a problem. I love the staff, they are the most helpful, gracious and knowledgeable staff I’ve ever dealt with in any store. I refuse to buy my beauty products from anywhere else. I want the best for my skin and the best in make-up for my face and that will only be found at Victoria Beckham Beauty. ✨ ✨✨

Writing this for my mum as she is very upset - 1st time buyer at VBB. Purchased a mascara for over £30. Used it once the seal broke. Not able to use again. Contacted customer service no response. Tried to review it on VBB and they suggested what I could all favourable unable to review accurately. Contacted customer service again without reply again. Terrible customer service and VB clearly does not stand by her product. Very very disappointed and upset. Not worth the money and they might as well not have customer service dept as they never reply.

Beware anyone wanting to buy an eye shadow palette refill because they apparently come in different sizes.
I have had two previous eye palette compacts which I love but asked my daughter for an eye shadow refill for Christmas but it doesn't fit properly into my previous eye shadow compact.
I've been in touch with Customer Services who advise different shades come in different compacts. Make sure you check your refill will fit your compact before purchasing.

I've been using VB mascara for over a year now and have bought several. Some for me and others as presents. I had cause to speak to customer service about six months ago, and they were excellent, so I can't imagine why people are experiencing the problems they are. We are also lucky with our local Evri driver, who is totally reliable. The only thing I'm sad about is the fact that the mascaras don't come as nicely wrapped anymore. I hope this changes. I really liked the canvas bags and would pay for one to be added if it were an option.

Wish I’d read the reviews before trying to purchase. I had the same experience as many others, product never arrived and customer service is really poor. I won’t try again.

2nd time ordering from VBB so not a new customer. The Shop link is forcing me to use a service I don't want to use. When I've managed to add my shade to bag, I get a bogus message that this shade can't ship to my address. Tried again and when I try to add to cart nothing happens, maybe out of stock - who knows. The site is crap, the customer service deplorable. I can't believe that products at this elite and ridiculous price point has so little commitment to customers and their experience. Victoria is so arrogant she thinks people should be lucky to get her product and doesn't seem to care that her brand's reputation is utter garbage. I wanted to try the drops but honestly so disgusted by how this company treats buyers that I'm no longer interested.

Je voulais pour Noël trouver des eye-liner de la marque Beckham du coup je suis passée aux Galeries en pensant que j’aurais un bel emballage cadeau de la marque plutôt que d’aller chez Sephora mais à ma grande déception je n’ai eu aucun joli papier cadeau juste la pochette en papier de Noel des Galeries. Quand on va chez Dior on repart avec un élégant emballage cadeau!

I'm in Australia, ordered Dec 1 and never heard anything from them. Sent 2 emails Dec 15 & another on Dec 20 but all i got back was a generic reply saying 'we are experiencing higher-than-usual volumes of both customer inquiries and orders. Our team is working diligently to assist everyone, and we kindly ask for your patience'. Anyway, I immediately put in a claim via Suncorp on the 20th and by the 23rd VB Beauty emailed me saying sorry there was a glitch & that they've processed a refund and i should get my money back in 3-5 business days (thank goodness). NOT GOOD ENOUGH. This premium company should do wayyy better. Good products, terrible system. I have an order from Nov 2024 (though I've received this one already) still saying 'on its way'. Who's minding these things??

I can't deny it, the hype regarding the eyeliners is truly valid. I wouldn't normally spend £30 on an eyeliner but it glides on so beautifully and smudges to perfection, then sets and doesn't smudge again👌

I actually ordered before reading the reviews on trust pilot and I'm glad I did otherwise I wouldn't have taken the risk. However, the delivery was pretty quick for me by Evri, maybe I got lucky this time?

I'm actually blown away by how good the product is, worth every penny.

Terrible experience shopping with this brand.
The courier, EVRI said they were unable to deliver my order on the day they had specified. Adding that most items are delivered within the following 24hrs.
Two days later they said there was a problem with the item. The automated telephone service told me the parcel was returned to sender , despite the tracking on the app stating they still had it.
Have emailed VBB, and there lies the problem as they have not responded and there is no other way of contacting them. The money was debited from my account and I am out of pocket.
Terrible company . I’ll not use them again. Be careful when deciding to order, they seem to be having massive issues with their service.

Love the highlighter and blusher. I’m in my 70’s and want a natural look. I found the colour descriptions so useful to help me choose. These are keepers for me and when I get enough money I’ll be buying the TCF drops - to add to my natural look.

Still awaiting my order it’s been over 2 weeks since I emailed them and have had no response

Il est quand même dommage de devoir attendre un mail du service client depuis 3 semaines. J ai fait une erreur dans ma commande, on m a dit de récupérer le colis et de faire un retour, mais dans ce colis il y a un produit qui me convient et je souhaite faire un échange avec le bon coloris du blush, à ce jour aucune nouvelles, je vais un retour complet et acheter des produits d’une autre marque. En espérant avoir le remboursement rapidement !!!

Avoid using VB beauty due to EVRi being their delivery company. They claimed goods were delivered outside my door in the block of flats, but when I opened my door nothing was there. Worse thing is, I was in my flat at the supposed time of delivery !!!......Now I have read these recent reviews, I am now fearful I will not get back my £37 paid to VB for an Xmas present, UNACCEPTABLE !!!!

Horrendous service, purchased a gift set priced at £215 full set for a gift. Arrived all scratched and look used. Contacted customer service who are useless, AVOID

Had to contact customer services twice regarding a missing order (non-delivery) 4 December and again 11 December. Both time all I got was an automated response - no attempt to follow-up or contact me was made by them. Still nothing!!!
Very dissapointed!!!
