Noleggiato per 7 giorni, servizio navetta da aeroporto a sede velocissimo e presente via telefono, la macchina era ben tenuta, consigliato!!!

We did not cause any damage to the car
We did not cause any damage to the car. We left the car in the parking lot in the same condition in which we picked it up. We did not take pictures at drop-off because it was 4:00 a.m. and it was dark. We were met by two parking lot employees who treated us badly, and we almost missed our flight because the shuttle never departed. Moreover, we had rented an automatic car, but at the time of pick-up it was not available. We were given a manual car, which was dirty and had multiple damages. No one came to check the damages at the time of pick-up or drop-off, and now you are inventing this damage and demanding 250 euros for a damage that was already present. Terrible company, dishonest and incompetent. We will defend our rights and pursue this to the very end.

per our T&C The Vehicle must be returned during the opening hours of the Agency where it was collected. The Customer acknowledges that the rental ends on the date and time of actual return of the vehicle to the Lessor's staff. In the event that the vehicle is returned outside the opening hours of the Agency, the rental will not be considered concluded with the insertion of the keys in the "KEY BOX", but ends on the date and time of the next reopening of the Agency, i.e. until the Lessor regains possession of the vehicle.
During Check-out (exit of the vehicle for rental), all damage already present on the vehicle will be listed in the specific Check-Out Form. The Customer is obliged to carefully check the information reported in the aforementioned form, verifying that there are no errors and reporting any discrepancies detected by the operators before leaving the branch with the vehicle. In the absence of reporting by the Customer of errors in the detection upon delivery of the vehicle, all damage detected upon return of the vehicle and not reported in the Check-out form are considered to have been caused during the rental period.

De auto top, de service niet!
De auto opzich was oké. Maar bij het ophalen en terugbrengen naar de luchthaven verliep het alles behalve vlot. Wij zijn een gezin van 4 maar er mochten maar 2 personen mee naar de huurauto. De andere 2 bleven achter op de luchthaven… Bij het terugbrengen van de auto moesten we heel lang wachten vooraleer 1 van de chauffeurs in actie kwam om te vertrekken jammer. Daarboven was er 1 chauffeur heel onbeleefd naar mij toe. Ik zou dit bedrijf aan niemand aanraden.

Unica cosa che avendo noleggiato una panda mi è stata data al suo posto una superutilitaria poco "adatta" al tipo di noleggio che prevede cmq parecchi spostamenti.

Sobald ich das Auto übernommen habe
Sobald ich das Auto übernommen habe, erschien eine Meldung, dass der Motor ohne das Additiv AdBlue nach 100 km stehenbleiben würde. Ich habe ViaggiareRent kontaktiert, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Ich habe das Additiv daraufhin selbst gekauft, und ViaggiareRent hat sich geweigert, mir die Kosten zu erstatten, weil der Kauf nicht vorher von ihnen genehmigt worden war!

La mia carta di credito Diba è stata rifiutata, nonostante la utilizzi da anni senza problemi per noleggiare auto. Anche la carta valida di mia moglie non è stata accettata e non hanno voluto riscrivere il contratto a suo nome. Alla fine siamo stati costretti a stipulare un’assicurazione aggiuntiva per oltre 400 €.

Riprenoterei
Ho noleggiato a Palermo dal 22 agosto al 7 settembre 2025. Tutto OK dal pick up alla consegna dell'auto. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Pick up all'arrivo con la loro navetta un po' lento (circa 40 min), ma velocissimo al ritorno. Costi nella norma, piu' bassi di altri. Riprenoterei con ViaggiareRent qualora ne avessi ancora bisogno. :)
