Viable Power impressed me from the start. Nathan Lee dealt with my inquiry and provided a meticulous and comprehensive analysis of my home's potential to generate solar powered electricity and also store this along with low tariff electricity to use at high tariff times. A proposal with a choice of options and benefits was prepared and there was absolutely no pressure applied to purchase. I was persuaded by the professionalism of the company and recently had solar panels and batteries installed. The installation team, led by Jamie and Steve were very professional and tidy and provided instruction on the practical operation of the system through an excellent App. The system is performing as predicted and I am already seeing a major impact on my electricity charges.

Excellent service from Viable Power. On the day of installation, the electricians, Bradley and Max were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what they were doing. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, with strong attention to detail and a very neat, tidy installation.

I contacted viable power a few months ago to ask about the installation of a solar power system at my home. My experience has been nothing but positive. They have been quick to respond, Rob was great when he came round for a survey, and their installers Bradley, Max and Harry were efficient and did a really good job with no disruption to my day. They returned the paperwork needed for my energy supplier quickly and comprehensively. Their quotation was the most competitive I received for what they offered (including a larger battery than the rival offers I had). It is a bit difficult to judge after just a few weeks, but so far the system seems to be performing a bit better than their projection. I don't regret installing solar panels, or choosing viable power to lead the installation, only that I didn't order the larger battery.
