Ordered set of 24 nail polishes
Ordered set of 24 nail polishes. The colours would be randomly chosen for me. What I didn’t expect was multiple bottles of the same colour. One colour I received 5 bottles of! Some was very old stock, thick and clumpy. Cost prohibitive to return so stuck with the . Advert clearly shows 24 bottles of different coloured polishes. Very disappointed

Vastaus yritykseltä Very Cosmetics
Dear Customer, we are sorry to hear you feel this way. You purchased a wholesale assorted set which is what was sent. The image does not show 24 different colours neither does it state you will get 24 different shades. We understand this was not the case you expected when purchasing from us. Please get in touch with us at info@verycosmetics.co.uk and we will be happy to resolve any issues you still have.
