Just bought few products and asked him to remove one item and refund the amount. Though it was not shipped but still charged 20% cancellation fee. This is not fair

I am always dubious of a new suppliers, but central provided great products at a great price. Well packaged and super fast delivery. Will be my new go to for wholesale cosmetics. Keep up the good work... Näytä lisää

I can't find their company at the company house, I tried to contact them but it won't work. Be aware of purchasing fake products or being scammed.

This is very fair because we have some customers like yourself who cancel an item or want a refund when something in regards to Amazon happens regarding the price or restriction of products etc, which we as wholesalers have 0 tolerance in regarding this it is also clearly written in our policies about cancellation and restocking fee.

Time wasting very high prices . even they beat the retail prices. not recommended

This business 'Magneticsource Ltd' after checking on our systems have never got in touch with us via email over a query or neither have they placed an order with us. So for them to leave this 1 star rated review it makes it as a fake review left on our page.

We are getting many people who are not even our customers or potential customers wasting our time by leaving negative reviews or may it be spam calling/emailing.

We are genuine wholesalers who only provide top quality goods and a great service for our customers and we always appreciate every single one of our customers and do our upmost best to resolve any issue quickly.

Nothing came damaged, nothing was missing from my order, they are fast with processing. Loving them so far :)

Excellent products

Excellent customer service amazing wholesaler fast delivery great prices rating 5/5 always get products from central cosmetics and it's all ways an 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent product evything was on point…

Excellent product evything was on point in purchasing more and more from central cosmetics the customer service honestly was the best I have recurved in my 15 years of working in the industry and the stock available is outstanding

This Customer is clearly new into the cosmetics business as it looks like they have never purchased goods from any of the wholesalers from the UK.

Not all goods will come sealed directly from the brand owners, manufacturers & supply chain.

All of our goods are 100% Genuine & Brand-New, we have from time to time explained to the very few customers like Nouh Aarab who like to make ours and other wholesalers lifes a misery by complaining about these sort of of issues when it has been made very clear to them. Theses sort of customers never even get in touch with us to tell us about any problem but are very quick to judge our business/products as a whole which is not fair.

We are genuine wholesalers who only provide top quality goods and a great service for our customers and we always appreciate every single one of our customers and do our upmost best to resolve any issue quickly.
