Shopping at connections beauty has been a great experience as I get a lot of cosmetics products in one place. The prices are fair and affordable
I purchased the nude lipstick with high hopes, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations when I tried it on. The colour didn’t align with what I was looking for, leaving me a bit disappointed.

My order arrived later than expected, and unfortunately several of the products were not in the condition I anticipated. Some items were rejected when sent to Amazon FBA, and I also received customer returns relating to the condition of the products. A number of items appeared old, scratched or insufficiently sealed, and some makeup seemed to be past its best. Based on my experience, I would not order from Connect Beauty again.

I have being trying to register with them and connect with someone since 6 July (almost a month) with zero feedback. i have tried to call in multiple times with now answer.

I haven't even placed my first order with them and I am already very worried about the customer service.

Very disappointed with my experience. All the items I received were scratched, looked old, and none of them were sealed as expected. This is completely unacceptable.

The worst part is their customer service. They never answer the phone—it just keeps ringing—and they don't respond to emails. Even when they do reply, they only respond when it suits them and are not helpful at all.

I would not recommend buying from this company.

I recently purchased some cosmetic products from ConnectBeauty, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The products were authentic, well packaged, and exactly as described. What impressed me the most was how swift their delivery was. Everything arrived much sooner than I expected. I’m highly impressed with their efficiency and professionalism, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
