Absolutely first-class service from start to finish whilst purchasing my new Ford Transit Custom.

I turned up to Vertu Bolton on 8th April. I needed to upgrade my car and part exchange my current PCP. I had 8 days until the balloon was to be taken. I knew that I wanted a Ford Puma. I met James. Told him my dilemma and what I wanted. He told me he was up to the challenge and I made pretty easier as I knew what make and model of car wanted and what colours and extras I was keen on. We had 8 days, it tough but doable.
James Baldock has been fabulous throughout. To paraphrase Craig David: turned up on a Tuesday, test drive on Thursday, drove away on the Friday.
James answered all many questions and treated me with respect and dignity. I've been to other car dealerships in the past and always felt like I needed a man with me so I wasn't fobbed off. James was different. I feel he supported me to find the car I wanted and needed without making me feel lesser for being a woman.
James deserves some sort raise. When I need a new a car in the future I will definitely be returning to Vertu and I hope James will still be there!

I recently had another outstanding experience with Vertu Motors (Bolton) while getting my Ford Ranger serviced, and I felt it deserved recognition.
From start to finish, the level of customer care was exceptional. A special thank you to Tom on the service desk, who truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. Even though my service wasn’t due until June, he made the effort to fit me in at a time that worked for me, which I really appreciated.
Liam carried out a thorough visual health check on the vehicle and took the time to ensure everything was in great condition, giving me real peace of mind. It’s reassuring to know the vehicle is being looked after with such attention to detail.
When it came to collection, Tristan was equally professional and helpful, making the handover smooth and straightforward.
Overall, the team delivered a seamless, friendly, and highly professional experience once again. It’s this consistent level of service that keeps me coming back. Highly recommended!

There was no hard sell or pushy sell! Everything was relaxed, the way that it should be. We called on the morning to make an appointment to see a used car, it was ready when Stephen said it would be to test drive. I wasn’t comfortable driving around the area, as I wasn’t familiar, however Stephen said that’s fine and took me to a quieter carpark for a test drive. I was very happy with the car and decided to purchase. Stephen was very thorough, answered questions honestly and accurately. Stephen even had the car ready the same day so I could drive away. As I had no vehicle and needed it for the next day. Everything was explained clearly and consistently with the FCA guidelines. Stephen offered me products he thought I would benefit from, and accepted when I declined the ones I thought irrelevant for my needs. And did push for the sell. Absolutely thrilled with my Ford, and extremely happy with the service received from Stephen and the team at Ford Bolton. Keep up the good work guys!!
