The company website states you have to use their booked returns. When you try to do this, it tells you that the page is not found. It doesn't exist.
The website tells you to write to the company with any issues, i've done this twice, not response at all.
so you cannot return a faulty item , you're just stuck with it, the worst customer service i think i've ever encountered.

Order never received. Only communication is to be made through Facebook Messenger, alas they don’t respond. Contacted my bank for a chargeback

Quick service.
Two very well made leather crossbody bags with two pockets suitable for a phone, cards, tissues, lipstick etc
I now have three of these in different colours.

I ordered two cotton tops, they arrived very quickly and fitted perfectly. I can highly recommend Vera Tucci. I have had several dresses and tunic tops and they have all been very good.

I was sent the wrong order by mistake, but this was very quickly resolved and I have since received my order which I'm very happy with. Good customer service, and lovely items. I am already a committed return customer, and will definitely be back again!

Outstanding customer service and quality of goods purchased!! Xxxxxxx

Gorgeous pink leather bag, I can get my phone , tissues, keys and other bits in it. I just love it.

I normally find great clothes but this season the fitting and shades of colour did not suit my body type and skin tone. Good customer service though.
