I purchased a heated jacket for Hockey season and after working great for two seasons it stopped working. I reached out and customer service was prompt, after some troubleshooting it was determined I needed a replacement. They are sending me a replacement at no cost. This company has been great to work with.

Recently I have my header hoodie broke and still working, contacted Venustas to see what they can do to help me out, their customer service was amazing and very helpful for what I needed to solve my issues and problems.

They send out a replacement of a hoodie without a hassle and got my in the mail a couple days later,

Purchased a heated jacket for my wife who suffers from Reynaud's syndrome. The jacket was working great and keeping her warm, and all of a sudden stopped working. I reached out to the Venustas customer service team and they were quick to reply with steps to determine the cause of the issue then assist with a replacement. Excellent customer service!

I had been gifted a jacket by my daughter. I had rarely even worn it maybe four times in the past few years it was basically brand new and when I went to use it because we were having a cold front come in, the jacket was not working. I reached out to the company And they went above and beyond to resolve my issue this may be the best customer service. I’ve experienced with a company in a very very long time.

My husband gave me a vest for Christmas, and I wore it almost daily, as I'm always freezing! It was like getting a warm hug all the time! I was very sad when it stopped working when I tried putting it on for my second season of owning it. The button would light up but wouldn't work if I tried to turn it on. I contacted customer service, showed them a video, and they offered to replace the vest (minus the battery) free of charge! I was thrilled and thankful!

The one thing I would change about the vest is to make the glowing button on the inside of the vest so it doesn't make a person look like a robot. Also, I don't love having the company logo on the front. It makes me feel like it's not something I can dress up but looks more casual. The vest also tends to collect lint. But the warmth is still amazing, and it has become something I almost can't do without in the winter!

Absolutely the very best customer service. Efficient, courteous, follows through, and knowledgeable. This company should be very proud of the service that they performed.

The jacket fits very welll and it definitely keeps me warm, although I willl usually wear a mid-weight jacket over the vest to help keep my entire upper body warm as I run cold. Venustas has been very responsive with me and my broken jacket. You should make sure to do your own thorough troubleshooting because they will just try to tell you it’s the battery every time, even if it’s not. However, if you’re willing to do what’s necessary, they are willing to work with you even after the warranty expires, which is great.

I love the Venustas products. I became addicted after my husband bought a vest for me, of course he had already bought one for himself. Well, my vest started malfunctioning after 1 seasons wear (just in time for football weather). After communicating with the Venustas support team, who were very patient with me and my lack of computer skills (sending video/photos via email :) ) the problem was finally conveyed and they have resolved the issue in the most generous way by replacing my garment due to the malfunction. I would recommend the Venustas products to anyone which I already have! I love every one of my items I have!

I will do an honest review: I received a heated vest from this company as a gift and had a couple of mishaps along the way but they have been VERY accommodating and helpful through whole experience. The battery that came with vest pooped out and they sent me a new one. Now my vest wiring has failed and they are working with me. They are very attentive and keep in touch and make sure you are happy. I understand they are a newish company and they have kinks to work out like all new businesses, but the key in a good business is it's customer service, thats the most important part and the rest falls into place. The vest I love, I work outside and its a blessing in the colder months! We'll get it all dialed in.

The sweatshirt I bought was really great for a while. Once the sweatshirt stopped working, the company helped me troubleshoot and figured out the battery is ok and the sweatshirt malfunctioned and offered to replace it. I am satisfied with the company and their service I’ve gotten and the quality of the product

I contacted the support team because my heated jacket didnt work even tho the battery was fully charged. So they are sending me a new jacket free of charge which I really appreciate. Thanks!

I reached out regarding an issue my wife had with a Venustas vest failing to turn on even with a fully charged battery. The customer service rep was super helpful, and after consulting with their product team, they determined there was an issue with the vest and are sending us a new one—even though the warranty period has expired. It's nice to deal with a company that stands by its products.

I received my heated jacket two years ago as a gift. Worked really well and I loved it! I pulled it out to use this year and could not get it to work. Even though I am outside of the warranty, Venustas is working with me to resolve the issues. Really great customer service!

Bought the heated vest and it worked great. In the 11th month, the battery wasn’t working and I contacted their support and they promptly sent out a replacement battery under warranty to get me up and running again before it really gets cold. Thanks so much.

Purchased in August. Since temps were in the hundreds, no need for the vest. FF to late October, charged up the battery and connected it. No heat! Called Customer Service…they thought it was a faulty connection port in the battery, so they sent me a new battery. Cha4ged it and plugged it in…WE HAVE HEAT! Thanks to Venustas Customer Service!

Honestly, I have the zip up hoody. It’s by far the best item I’ve received! I can’t believe how warm this keeps me! It is also a little weighted which feels great! I feel like I’m being hugged. So comfortable! Even without the battery, it keeps me really warm. It’s thick and solid material. This is a great product!
