Great customer service extremely helpful!

I purchased a heated jacket about 3 years ago and it has been amazing. My job requires me to be outside and I hate being cold and this coat has been perfect...until a few weeks ago when it stopped heating. I would plug my fully charged battery in but the coat stopped coming on. I contacted Venustas customer service hoping they'd have a suggestion on how to fix it, and after trying a few of their suggestions and it still not working, I fully expected to buy a new one. To my surprise, they offered to send me a free replacement! The entire customer service experience was great, quick replies and helpful overall. I would definitely recommend contacting them with apparel issues, no matter how long you've had the product!

My jacket stopped working and just getting ready to go into the winter season I was disappointed as I only have had it for a couple of years. I thought I read somewhere that the warranty period was 3 years so I took a chance and contacted Venustas to see if it was at all covered under warranty. They sent me instructions on how to test the different parts - the battery, the button on the jacket etc. and I sent them the videos showing the battery still worked but the jacket would not charge or turn on. They responded the warranty period had already expired but wanted to make it right! This is amazing customer service and a company that stands behind their products! They have been super responsive as I only contacted them two days ago and I already have a resolution. They will be sending a replacement jacket. The outcome is better than I expected and will continue to buy their products.

Best lip service I've ever gotten. Quick to respond by phone or email but slow to resolve problems. Heated vest stopped working. I was sent and followed the 4 steps to diagnose the problem. (battery, power switch or the vest) After all failed then asked to send a video of me doing the tests. After it was all said and done, I was told my fully charged battery was defected, even after I tried charging other devices (as instructed) and the battery functioned. I was told I was told I needed a new battery which was out of stock, could be 2-3 weeks. Asked if the new battery didn't fix the problem would they replace the vest. Was told yes and asked for the in an email which I did get

Now the rest of the store. The customer service team ended up doing a fantastic job, 10/10. Went beyond to satisfy my needs and requests. I never have had so much follow and communication from company as I did this one.

I wear the venustas heated vest all winter long, it's wonderful for sports moms and everyday use!

Issues have been resolved

I got the women’s vest as a birthday gift. I love it! It fits great and is very warm.

I have had this vest 23 months and absolutely love it. I wear it around my home (northern US) to take the chill out and when I’m outside I wear it with a jacket or coat over it. With the three heat settings you can easily regulate the temperature you like. It is a high quality product and I have recommended it to all my friends.

I have purchased numerous heated vests and jackets from Venustas over the past few years for family. We have never had an issue with any of these products until this fall. My wife’s vest was not working and I emailed customer support regarding the issue. They were easy to work with and helped attempt to trouble shoot the problem and find the issue. After it was determined the heating element in the vest was the issue, Venustas sent out a replacement without question. Customer service was fast to respond, great to work with, and understanding about some communication issues on my end. I will definitely use Venustas again and recommend their products to friends and family.

Very impressed with Customer Service!
My jacket which is 3 years old suddenly lost the ability to receive power from the battery. After reporting the issue, I received same day confirmation they were looking into my problem. After sending the required information, I was surprised by the response I got knowing my jacket was 2 years past the warranty period. Venustas takes great great pride in their products and is going to replace it for me. I'm very pleased! Great customer service and I will continue to purchase their products!

I bought the W2117 Max heated fleece vest (with up to 20 heating hours) for my wife, and she loves it. I originally bought a size 'L,' but my wife quickly realized that the optimal heating occurred when the embedded carbon fiber heating elements were close to and touching the body vs. having lots of empty air space (in other words, the vest works more like a 'heating pad' than a 'radiator'). So Jamie in Venustas' Customer Service kindly arranged for a return and a replacement with a size 'M' instead. It's perfect. My wife hasn't taken the vest off since it arrived. She's been wearing it inside around the house and feels cozy warm. Good job, Venustas! Thank you!

The company responds promply and helpfully to issues, even after the warranty expires. I had an issue with the heated vest and they resolved it. Great experience!

They investigated and expedited my order request. They were very helpful, friendly and respectful.
Also I like the jacket. The real test will be at the next football game...

Jamie at customer service was very serious about finding out why my coat wasn’t working. I love my coat. I’ve worn it to my football games for four years. It needs a new battery, which I just ordered. Funny that it lasts as long as a typical good car battery.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my heated jacket! The fit is great, so comfortable- not like other heated jackets you see that are stiff and hard to move in. My Venustas one is flexible, soft and cozy warm! Light enough to wear on a cooler day but warm enough to wear on cold day!

Everything from the ordering process to shipping, speed to Quality and customer service were phenomenal. This company is the real deal. My wife ordered a similar heated vest and ended up returning it and ordering from from here because of the quality and the price.
