I really enjoy their Venustas' heated jackets. I have tried two other jackets from other companies, and the Venustas jacket is my favorite, because it's super easy to use and keeps me comfortable all day.

I am writing a review today to compliment their outstanding customer service. They stand behind their products. I had a small issue with mine, and it was great to see them be responsive and address my issue quickly. It's rare to see turnaround times within a day these days, so I appreciate that.

Venustas is an easy company to deal with. Their web site provides easy navigation for me as a customer. I purchased their heated vest which I use all the time during the Minnesota Winter months. The 3 heat levels make it easy to adjust for conditions. I liked it so much I purchased a second heated vest for my wife and she loves hers too. 12/02/2025

The vest worked great the first season. Pulled it out for this year and vest won’t power on. Venustas is standing by their warranty and shipping a replacement vest.

I received a heated jacket for Christmas almost 2 years ago and wear it for work. It was a great help until it stopped working. Venustas customer service was very helpful in troubleshooting and when it was determined the jacket would not work with a new battery, Venustas offered a replacement even though the jacket was out of warranty. That is standing behind your product and I am very appreciative of the customer service I received.

I debated on giving this company a 4 or 5 star rating due to the mix up of my initial order. I ordered a vest, sz M with battery included, but received a vest sz S without the battery included. That caused me to wonder if I had made a mistake purchasing from this company. However, I started the return process and was provided with a return label and a full refund very quickly. Customer Support was in contact with me to make sure the return process went smoothly and that I was satisfied. So, I reordered the same vest and in less than a week I received the vest w/battery; no problems. Customer Service contacted me again to make sure I received the vest and was satisfied. Being that this company has exceptional Customer Support, I decided to rate them with 5 stars and will probably buy again from them.

Not only am I enjoying the hoodie and jacket I bought. But had an issue with a gift card with a purchase and they way it got handled and time frame was amazing to say the least. Wonderful product my hole family gets to ejoy. Also a wonderful company to deal with. ABSOLUTELY recommend this brand 100%

I have three Venusta articles of apparel purchased over several years. The material and craftsmanship is excellent. The heated vests and jacket warm up quickly and evenly with the ease of pressing a button on the outside of the garments. Their customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend their products without hesitation.

I purchased a 3-in-1 heated winter coat for my wife in 2022. Upon pulling it out for this season the heated liner fleece won't power on. Venustas has been willing to help even though the warranty is already expired. I really appreciate this level of customer service and my wife enjoys her heated apparel when it's working properly!

Venustas responds immediately to concerns of my 2.8 year-old jacket not heating properly, though it looks brand new. Each Venustas communications was very clear, helpful, specific, polite, reassuring, genuine about what they need to enact the warranty, including proof of purchase or gift. They request short videos of my operations to determine cause. Once Venustas determines the valid problem, Venustas offers a choice of payment for shipping or a review. Other than my fumbling to create videos, Venustas has been most supportive, incredibly prompt, professional, yet personal. It’s obvious to me that they care and stand behind their merchandise.

Battery went bad past the warranty date (expanded like a balloon) but venustas was quick to respond to my email and sent me a replacement battery. Great customer service and will recommend them to everyone because their products are great too!

I love my new Venustas heated vest! I purchased one for me and one for my husband. We are able to keep our thermostat a little lower, which saves us money, and we are still able to be comfortably warm. Shortly after purchasing the vests, I had a request concerning an upgraded battery. Jamie in Customer Service and the Product Team exceeded my expectations with truly exceptional customer service.

My wife was gifted with a Venustas jacket several years ago which she felt was a great addition to her winter wardrobe. For one who is always cold, the jacket was deeply appreciated, especially during winter walks along Lake Michigan’s shoreline! When it failed to work this fall, even with a new battery, we were deeply discouraged. However, we were buoyed by the customer service representative who, despite the jacket being beyond warranty, offered a replacement jacket after we determined that there was a wiring malfunction with the jacket. We did find it somewhat technically cumbersome to follow the requests for detailed information on our malfunctioning jacket when we contacted Venustas about the jacket.

I have really loved my Venustas heated jacket, so much so that I eventually bought a second battery and a pair of the pants. It has been a game changer for me when attended outdoor events, and the jacket also fits well and is comfortable. I appreciate the customer support as well; I eventually encountered a problem with the jacket and the reps were thorough in helping me diagnose and resolve the problem. I will continue to recommend Venustas, as I do each time someone notices the cool light-up buttons on my winter coat.

Best heated gear available! Love all the different features they offer! I own many products, I like the socks, love the 12v hoodie and the 7.4v unisex hoodie! The quality was surprisingly excellent! Triple stitching, attention to high wear areas, great fabrics, excellent heat! Battery life is great and swappable! I was really impressed with how well their products are made and built to last! I do heavy construction outdoors and rely on my heated gear heavily to keep me safe and warm! The customer service is absolutely fantastic! Communicable! Friendly! Fast! Super fast! And easy to use! Cannot beat these products! I hope they get better with age! Thank you venustas!
