Excellent product fabulous customer service

I had a jacket that experienced a problem with the switch. The company's service team did an excellent job of replacing it quickly. The team contacted me 3 or 4 times during the process and and made numerous follow up emails until the jacket was delivered.

The customer service personnel were very helpful with my issue with the battery. They solved my issue quickly and I am very satisfied.

I got a 7.4V heated jacket because I work outside. The battery lasts long enough for my needs since it goes through the 3 different heating levels. The jacket itself is really comfortable and good looking. It has convenient pockets and the battery can also be used as a power bank for other devices like phones or tablets. My interaction with customer service was awesome. I had my needs met and solved at the first attempt. Overall, I am so satisfied with my jacket that not only do I recommend it to everyone that admires/asks about it, I will be comfortable buying a vest next.

While the customer service person didn't seem to QUIIIIITE understand what I needed, they were extremely helpful in their own way and had I continued to follow up, they would've absolutely helped me.

The Venustas jacket is great for Wisconsin winters. I work at a school and do recess duty 3 times a day. Easily one of my best purchases. Keeps me extra warm on those cold days. Also love the oversized hood to keep blowing snow out of my face. I recently purchased a Venustas vest too.

The staff and Representatives have been exceptional helping me to resolve the issues I was having with my heated jacket. I absolutely love this jacket and because of there professional customer care Representatives plus the quality of the jacket I give them 5 stars all the way around.

I was gifted a Venustas heated jacket, and it unfortunately stopped working after not having it for a long time. I emailed customer service about my issue, and Yucy was extremely helpful. Yucy was very kind and understanding. My issue was resolved because of Yucy, even after my warranty expired. I will continue to use Venustas because their products are warm, and their staff is kind, helpful, understanding, and approachable. Yucy made my experience pleasurable.

Its a great coat i wear it all winter long I have guys at work shivering crying its cold so they go sit in the work truck and im still nice and warm battery last long I did have someone think my on off button on the coat was a camera that was pretty funny

The people who helped me register the warranty were phenomenal. I received this fantastic heated vest, by Venustas, as a gift from my employer. I live in North Dakota, were we have extremely cold subzero temps. It's great to have my handy vest to keep me warm as my auction profession requires a lot of outdoor activity.

This coat is a great option for the price point, style and durability. I’ve used this coat multiple times at a variety of sporting events, and it has always kept me warm and dry. After having an issue with the coat, the customer service was quick to resolve the issue with no problem. I highly recommend the Venustas 3 in 1 heated jacket.

Customer service deserves a commendation. They were exceptionally helpful in processing my return. The product quality is excellent. Heats up quickly and heating pads are well positioned. Fabric quality is very comfortable. Is now my favorite fall jacket.

The vest is confortable, but I found that the battery didn’t last long enough to last my workday outdoors. I wrote to the support team and they offered to help me out by supporting my battery life with another mini battery. I think the company really cares about its customers.
