The jacket I purchased did not have the included battery. Customer support sent a new battery without fuss and made the order correct. They were persistent and had excellent communication while the shipment issues were resolved.

Prompt and efficient customer service! My wife and I both have Venustas heated vests and absolutely love them! Had a problem with one of the vests turning on and their customer service group provided a quick response via email along with a replacement vest.

Your heated vest is perfect for me! It has eliminated the thermostat battles between me and my husband at home, and I can keep warm in chilly restaurants, other people's homes etc during our cold New England winters. I am recommending your vest to everyone who runs as cold as I do. The only issue is that the battery charger I ordered separately from you does not charge within the 2.5 hour timeframe indicated on its packaging for the 2 batteries I ordered from you. And it seems to never quite charge - the bottom bar of the 4 lights on the charger is always flashing no matter how long I charge it for.

I order the jacket with the heat elements for my wife for Christmas. First of all the jacket was a very good price and good qulity. It came with a battery pack. I followed the instructions on charging it, and I notice after the time line they said it takes to charge the battery, it would not fully charge. The fourth indicator would never go solid. Well after wear the jacket 3 times using the warming elements for a total of 45 minutes out of the 3 times, the battery was almost dead. I emailed customer service about it. They responded very quick and gave me some recomenndations. After trying them, there was no change. I attached a short video showing the battery would not charge fully. Ms. Samantha was very helpful. She sent me another battery and the jacket works beautiful. Great service and awesome items.

UI had purchased a heated vest for my son for Christmss. When ordering I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I contact the company and they quickly responded. I sent the vest back received the correct size in a matter of a few days. They were quick with the return to me. I really appreciate the company. I would very highly recommend this company for your purchases. I will order again for my son's needs. Thank you so much.

I had an issue with the “on” switch for my heated vest bought 5 months ago. I contacted Venustas customer support and they provided guidance to solve my problem. After helping me and my sending them a video, they determined I had a defective switch and IMMEDIATELY had a new heated vest sent to me. I am extremely happy with the customer support I received.

The vest I bought 5 months ago was an upgrade from one bought over a year ago. I am so happy, I may buy and upgrade next fall with even more heated panels.

This was my first time ordering something from Venustas. I have ordered heated apparel from another company. The item arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, it did not come with a battery. It came with the battery box, a USB C to A charging cable, a wall charger, and the manual for the battery. I reached out to customer service, and a battery was shipped. The process from reaching out to arrival of the battery was about a week. It could have been faster, but communicating via email can take time. So, no real complaints. The item now works great, and I am happy I purchased it. I would purchase another item from Venustas in the future.

Great people and love their customers. 2 years ago I purchased a very nice heated jacket for my wife whom is always cold. The button had stopped working recently so I contacted the company to see if there were parts and a way I could fix it knowing it should be out of warranty. Customer service was top notch and worked with me through out. In the end seems that there was no way to easily fix it so they offered me a new jacket for the cost of shipping. HOLY SMOKES......this is something I did not expect. Thank you Venustas for treat your customers like they are human and for making great quality products.

I had an issue with a jacket that I was given as a gift. There was a problem after the warranty expired; however, Venustas' customer service team (Samantha in particular) responding quickly, efficiently, and pleasantly and handled the issue to my great satisfaction. This was a refreshing experience and I couldn't speak more highly about Venustas' customer service.

I’m a senior and am outside for hours in cold weather either working or walking a dog. I do have good boots and socks but still my feet still got cold. After an incident of nearly freezing, I did research on heated socks. I liked Venustas features; full bottom heat, quality material (50% cotton, 30% Coolmax), can’t feel the heater wires and good battery life. Wow, what a life changer! Worked so well that I bought a 2nd pair to have spare batteries and dry socks ready all the time. After wearing a pair, I roll them inside out to dry over a furnace vent. Batteries have indicators to indicate power available. I run mine empty and fully recharge them to maximize battery life. Batteries heat for hours. Easy to adjust the heat level with a switch on outside of sock. I adjust the level often as my activity level changes. Another great thing is Venustas Service. I had a few intermittent failures on one sock. Was able to quickly reach a real person that was helpful, several times. They stood behind their product and solved it. Great customer service is rare :)

I submitted a 1 star review. Trying to reach customer service was awful and the people I dealt with didn't know the product nor were they helpful.

After submitting the review I was called by the company the next day. The new rep was very responsive and helped me with my return and I order other products from the company. They have gone out of their way to make my experience good. I think they may out-source their customer service at times and I had a bad experience.

The products are very high quality and I am very satisfied now. This is how a company should respond and they did. Thank you for being constructive to respond and get me taken care of; that is all I can ask.

The vest I got is nice. Works great! Battery is long lasting. When I had an issue with my original order customer service took care of the problem. They were very friendly, and responded quickly through the emails.

Myrr helped me change my order to correct size after my order was submitted.She continued to check in with me to let me know the shipment had been changed and continued to contact me regarding updates right up till delivery and beyond. Outstanding customer service. I hope the products are equally impressive.

Incredible quality of products! And stylish! We got heated jackets for the entire family! We all love them! The shipping took a while because of the holidays but, through every delay customer service answered promptly, politely and giving us a workable/understandable timeline for ETAs. With customer service like that, the wait didn’t matter in the end…. Oh and with such amazing quality too! EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMERS! Thank you and happy new year!

So a little over a year ago I bought a heated sweatshirt. This sweatshirt has been amazing but just over a year of having the sweatshirt and wearing it constantly the heating element went out. The venustas team informed me that my warranty was out but they would be willing to ship me a brand new sweatshirt!!! I don't do reviews often but this company has definitely made my day I live in Maine and the winters are brutal.

I ordered a Large Women's Classic Heated Vest 7.4V, W2118 × 1. When it arrived (within 7 days) I tried it on with my ski pants, sweatshirt and layers and felt I would want an XLarge for the extra room and comfort. I submitted my return request, printed my return label, and dropped it off. I also placed my order for the XLarge vest. Venustas was more than helpful with follow-up emails and customer care. I received my full refund for the returned item. This vest is all and more than I hoped for. It is very warm, even without the heat, but when the heat is needed, it does not disappoint! I will be so happy to have this when baseball season rolls around at the end of February, when it can be extremely cold during long games.

Venustas was extremely responsive to my e-mails, each and everyone. The issue I had was NOT with Venustas but with the carrier they used to ship my item. I wanted to make them aware that usps has issues in the Richmond Va. area and in the future if I purchased that would very much be a consideration for me in purchasing if it was shipped through usps. My order got to Norfolk Va. 45 minutes from my home then the journey began, Norfolk to Richmond to stafford to Dulles then back to Richmond, it kept moving further away. It was suppose to be to me on December 22nd and it would have been except for the wrong delivery route I will give usps credit that after I reached out to them they took accountability and sent a detailed e-mail as to actions they were taking. The item arrived after Christmas. So with story being longer than the Christmas story Venustas is 5 star. Their customer service did a great job both during the issue and after it was resolved. The product purchased was heated womens vest My wife took it, charged it and used it the day she received it. I might add everyday since. Quality product, heats very well and she does not have to layer as much. We saw this product in Alaska and started looking to purchase when we got closer to Christmas for better pricing and cut out the middle man. We pur chased direct and received a good sale price. So, thats my story. Great customer service. Will look to purchase again in the future.

Venustas keeps me warm and has speedy customer service when needed. I have a heated vest and a winter coat and love them both.

I ordered a heated hoodie for a special friend. Found out size i ordered was incorrect. Through email, the customer service staff made sure that was rectified as well as fixing the shipping address. Recipient was extremely happy with the hoodie. A win win for sure.
