I recently bought a pair of heated gloves from Venustas, and they have been an absolute game changer for the cold weather. The heat distribution is perfect—my hands stay warm even in freezing temps. Beyond the product, their customer service is incredible. They were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond when I had an issue even though my warranty had expired. Highly recommended if you want quality gear and a company that stands behind it!

I placed an order for a female heated Jacket order number 57870 I received and used Jacket once, same night I placed battery to charge only to find out the battery will not charge regardless of how many different charges I used; I decided to contact their customer service department and after answering several questions I was informed they had to talk to their production team to determine what could be the problem and what remedial options were available; I almost fainted “ investigate /research/follow protocol “ were some of the garbage I was told , a five year old could solve this mystery “ bad battery “ send customer a new one and move on .
I love the jacket and it was purchased for medical reasons not to sky nor go camping very disappointed with their customer services process, I would not recommend any one to purchase anything from this company after all its need it is 7.4volt battery.

I love my Venustas heated jacket - the battery is small and compact, the jacket is comfy, and when you turn it on it heats right up. It’s a perfect way to stay warm and look cute while cheering on your favorite tiny people.

I bought a jacket a few years ago and it stopped working. Customer service went above and beyond to take care of the issue. I love my coat and highly recommend this product and company.

I've loved this product, the Venustas Electric Jacket. I got it as a gift in 2022 and had an incredible experience in it. Not only has the jacket kept me warm when on, but it's an excellent jacket by itself.

I shoveled snow in this and worked on a freight dock in it. It has changed my life.

In walked my buddy with a Venustas 6000 Heated Vest. It was below freezing outside and he just had on the vest and a long sleeve tee. Net, we are roughly the same size, I tried his on, got home and ordered mine. Best clothing decision in a long while. Arrived quickly, works perfectly against the wind and ,obviously, against the cold. Love the lighted button insignia/switch. The battery holds up as stated -nice! Only recommendation is a little more clarity on the directions regarding the button press time (it takes a few wearings to get the "one second - 5 second - quick touch thing down.) Best of all, it actually helps me cope with my Raynauds condition. Good job people!

I purchased a Venustas heated vest in 2022 and for the first few seasons I genuinely loved it. The vest was comfortable and fit well. It quickly became my go-to piece in winter, and I took good care of it. It was never washed, never abused, and was used only as intended.

At the beginning of last winter, the vest began to malfunction. The heating system would not stay on and would intermittently shut off. Pressing the power button in certain spots would cause it to briefly turn on and then immediately turn off again, which appeared to be an internal control or wiring issue rather than a battery problem. I tested multiple batteries with the same result.

I contacted Venustas customer support and provided a detailed explanation along with a video clearly showing the defect. While the vest was outside the one-year warranty period, I explained that the failure occurred under normal use and far earlier than I would expect for a premium heated garment.

Customer support did respond and worked through the issue with me over several emails, but they ultimately offered to fix this issue and make it right valuing their customers over profits

Overall, the product itself was excellent when it worked, and the support process did move toward a solution. happy at the outcome and looking forward to support the brand

Even though my jacket is out of warranty, when it had a problem with the heating element, they offered to replace it. Great customer service, love this jacket!

Had trouble getting my jacket to heat. Called customer service and was walked through the process. They did it rush the call but stayed on the line until they knew the jacket was heating properly.

I love my vest. It's helped keep me warm on some of the coldest hunting days and doesn't add much bulk under a jacket. It's so great that I had to buy my wife one ... and then we both also got a pair of heated socks!

I had an issue with my new product. I followed the easy warranty process, was quickly contacted by customer service (Lynn), and had an absolutely amazing experience getting my issue resolved. I am a dog walker and need my warm gear in the cold weather. Lynn, made a what could have been a bad experience turn into an easy solution while providing great service. I had my new gear working in no time at all thanks to Lynn. I love your company. I have purchased 3 jackets/vests and plan on purchasing more products. Thanks for actually caring about customers.

As for the heating capabilities it far exceeds any other brands but seems are poorly made. I received one for Christmas last year and was thrilled. However within two weeks it started ripping bad around the pockets. I am a night shift factory worker with anemia so I just taped it up and kept wearing it. I just stand at a printer so there was no abnormal wear that caused the issues I simply put my hands in pockets. Seams at both pockets just kept ripping. . I'm honestly heartbroken about it. . I have since received 2 more other brands as gifts but they don't compare heat wise. . Also I love the hood it fit great!! Hopefully I can eventually purchase a new venuesta by next season, it's cold!!!

Babied vest...2 yrs and quit... Venustas won't contact me back... very disappointed....did finally get a list of every battery connector in their vests...had to call and explain from beginning twice...no repeat customer here...

I have had a Venustas Heated Jacket for 5 years. Recently the jackets heating function stopped. I reached out to their service department for help. After troubleshooting the issue, it turns out the batteries are good, but the jacket still does not turn on. Even though the jacket is out of warranty they gave me two very affordable options to choose from to get a replacement jacket! I am extremely pleased with their products and their customer service! Thank you.

I ordered a heated vest, but the battery they sent would not charge. I contacted their customer support and provided the information they requested, including a photo of the charger I was using to charge the battery. They told me they would be sending a replacement battery.
I have since attempted to contact them multiple times by phone and email to check on the status of the replacement, but I have not received a response or the replacement battery. When calling their “customer service” number, it goes straight to voicemail.
I feel like I was scammed and will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I would definitely not do business with them again.

This company stands behind their products. The interaction, and follow-up is above most any customer service one would possibly think. The vest is warm, its quality, and I wear it often. I only buy good products and you can be assured this is one of them. thanks for the thorough and detalish answers to my questions about the battery.
