The entire team at Venutas is AWESOME.. Not only are they super responsive, eager to assist but kind and thoughtful.. A rare combo that goes a long way. Of course the product speaks for itself! I've loved every interaction I've had, their follow-up, and willingness to do what it took to satisfy my concerns/issues.

I love this vest! It does the job keeping me warm on cold days from skiing to watching kids games outside on chilly mornings. I did have an issue with the heating element going out, but Venustas customer service was exceptional with following through with the warranty.

I've been a Venustas customer for the past 4 or 5 yrs having purchased 7 heated vests now for myself and family members. I just rcv'd 2, one of which was too small and Vivian took care of the exchange in no time flat, at no extra charges. The new vest was rcv'd in 2 days time, even before Venustas rcv'd the vest which had been shipped back. We have never had a problem with any of the vests to date, all have worked great. My experience with customer service has been nothing but outstanding. I will continue to purchase Venustas heated gear when needed in the future. Hats off to Vivian!

Very nice products. Tried several different brands, these are my favorite. Excellent customer service with helping and addressing questions/concerns. 7.4v Battery seems specific to brand, not interchangable with generic batteries. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with the heated vest after the warranty had already expired, and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. Since I live in Florida there was no opportunity to wear the vest for the full year. To my surprise, the customer service team went above and beyond by honoring the warranty anyway.

They were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue rather than hiding behind policy. The process was easy, communication was clear, and they treated me like a valued customer from start to finish.

The original shipment of the battery I needed for the Venustas vest I had purchased was lost in the mail. After contacting Venustas customer service, they quickly shipped me a replacement battery. They were polite and very professional the entire time!

Such a great company and product!! Venustas was out of the vest I ordered for Christmas and sent me the upgraded vest for the same price! I might add I ordered three of them and this company honored each one with the upgrade . my husband ordered mine 3 years ago and it’s still working great! I will be buying more for gifting

I have recently had dealings with the customer support group at Venustas regarding my men's heated winter jacket. Outstanding customer service, Very professional and responsive. Such a great experience where they really did demonstrate "customer service".

I love my heated vest and my children love their best and hooded. Unfortnately one of the items had a defective battery. Customer service responded right away and delivered a new battery right away.
Liking to buy more heated items and Venustas will be the place I buy them.

Wonderfully warm vest for my husband who plays winter golf. He's very happy that it is not cumbersome and keeps him very warm. Venustas has spectacular customer service too!

I am now very happy with my vest. It’s working even better than I thought.

However, when I first received it, I thought it was defective so mailed it back to get a new one. When I got the second one, again, didn’t seem to be working. This time I called the company. I was on hold for a long time but I finally connected with a rep who walked me through the process. The written directions just didn’t work for me.

So that’s why I’m giving this a 4/5.

If you find that the warming isn’t happening, my advice is to call them first a walk through. Don’t give up!

Venustas sells itself. My husband was at the doctor and the nurse asked about the light showing up on his jacket! Great advertisement for Venustas! He was the talk among the staff! Great customer service!

My package was delivered to the wrong house and the delivery company didn’t want anything to do with it so therefore venustas replaced it within a reasonable timeframe great company

I received my heated socks as a Christmas gift and I am so happy with them. I was having trouble with long charging times and short heat times. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. They ascertained that I was using the wrong charging adapter. When the adapter was changed everything improved. I cannot say enough about the pleasant and helpful people at Vanustas. Purchase these socks. You will not be disappointed. I am giving rave reviews for both customer service and product. Thank you very much Venustas!! My feet are warm and toasty now thanks to you!!

Received a jacket as a Christmas present and enjoyed many cold days with my heated coat, unfortunately the heating coils no longer work but Venustas did not hesitate to send a replacement. With my trust in their heated apparel my entire family is now outfitted from gloves to jackets and all smiling in the the extreme cold.

I recently bought a pair of heated gloves from Venustas, and they have been an absolute game changer for the cold weather. The heat distribution is perfect—my hands stay warm even in freezing temps. Beyond the product, their customer service is incredible. They were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond when I had an issue even though my warranty had expired. Highly recommended if you want quality gear and a company that stands behind it!
