Excellent product; Exceptional service. About 3+ years ago I had had it with brutal NJ winters and went on a heated jacket shopping spree. After returns with many companies, I found Venustas. Their batteries work for hours, but aren't heavy like many I'd seen. The heat covers all relevant areas but is still breathable. And by far, they offered the most stylish options for women (though my husband loved his, too). I love that I can wear a tshirt with my Venustas and still be the most comfortable person on a cold day. The ability to fluctuate temperatures makes it so versatile and it even came with a cute travel case. While happy with my heated Venustas winter jacket, I had never really put my Venustas rain jacket (venustas 3 in 1 with heated fleece, so cozy) to a hardcore test until now. I am going glacier hiking in Alaska and needed to ensure its strong waterproof capabilities. With the Amazon product page removed I couldn't verify whether it was truly waterproof and thought I was doomed to a new purchase need, but not so. I called Venustas and not only spoke to a human, but the wonderful representative, Anne, who kindly had the company research my product specifications just based on a photo I took of the jacket. In less than a day they called me back and told me everything I need to know (which, by the way, is this jacket is awesome and will kick Alaska's butt). I am thrilled with the product, the value, and beyond blown away with the exceptional service. I can't wait to get Venustas jackets for my whole family this holiday season.

Perfect for keeping warm while working overnight shifts!

I recently reached out to Venustas about possibly replacing the inner jacket portion of my heated jacket, and I was honestly impressed with how fast and helpful their customer service was. They gave me multiple options to help resolve the issue, which I really appreciated.

I’m always cold, and as someone who spends a lot of time outdoors hunting and fishing, this jacket has been amazing. It keeps me warm without being bulky or overly puffy, which I love. One of my favorite features is that the battery pack can also charge your phone, which comes in handy outdoors.

I also really like that the outer shell and inner heated layer detach, so you can wear them together or separately depending on the weather. Before even considering replacing it, I tried everything I could to fix my original one because I genuinely loved the jacket that much.

Overall, great product and great customer service experience.

I really loved the experience of using Venustas in my trip to Canada. I could say that I feel comfortable and totally protected against cold weather during winter time and while sporting outdoors. Thanks for your excellent services, Venustas!

Absolutely love this jacket! I work in a warehouse type environment and use it daily during the winter months. Does a great job keeping the body warm and comfy while lasting all day. Another plus is I also use it for the kiddos as a heated coverup/blanket during trick or treating for those cold Halloween nights. Decently priced and excellent customer service.

Great company, have both a jacket and vest, bought an adapter to charge the battery, needed a replacement on a part, and they were great with it...a joy to deal with this company, highly recomend.

I own multiple items from this company. I use during winter or cold rainy days while riding my scooter. The heated jacket and gloves are warm and toasty and keep me warm even when turned off. The after sales is great as one glove the switch stopped working and the communication and resolution we came to was very fast and more than I expected.

I would give 6 stars if I could. I bought the first one and was so impressed bought three more for the rest of the family. We absolutely love them. We live in Colorado so actually use the vests year around. Quality has been awesome. And while the vests have exceeded my expectations, Venustas customer service has been "over the top" for addressing any questions we have had...and the super quick respones have been impressive. Of all the vest that are out there these days, I will not use any other brand. Thanks!!!!

I love this heated jacket so much that I purchased 4 more for my family, 3 coats and 1 heated hoodie. The size is exact, shipment was quick, comfortability and warmth is insurmountable and best of all, their customer service is top notch. If you live in a cold climate area, I don't see how people can't own a heated jacket. I've gotten so many compliments and a lot of envious stares while walking through a display of Christmas lights in 20 degree temperature. I like the fact that the battery lasts (depending on how warm you want your coat) and you can also use the battery to charge your cellphone if need be. I did have an issue with my jacket which customer service did all they could to troubleshoot for me before offering me a variety of options for a resolution. I am very happy with this purchase and I would certainly buy again.

I'm so impressed with this company! I ordered the heated jacket for my husband and I had an issue with the first battery and reached out to customer service, they were amazing and sent me another battery right away and it works perfectly! My husband said this is the best gift he has ever received! The quality is unmatched!!! Way better than the popular brands that make similar products.

I absolutely love my Venustas heated socks. They kept my feet warm all winter and truly made a huge difference in cold weather. The quality is excellent, and they feel comfortable and well-made. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding—very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend these to anyone dealing with cold Pocono weather. I even wear them when it's just a little chilly because they are so easy to turn on/off.

Just recieved my heated vest and it appears to be well constructed. I've had one interaction with customer service and they were quick to respond. I will update my post later in the year when I have the opportunity to use it playing golf in the colder months.

I purchased a Venustas heated vest about 2 years ago. It has been a literal life-saver! Regular winter clothing isn’t adequate for me. This vest has allowed me to comfortably enjoy watching my son play lacrosse on many cold nights. Without it, I’d be miserable. Even the low setting does a great job and the charge lasts for several hours. I was saddened when it quit heating up. I informed Venustas customer service through the email provided in the jacket. I was very pleased with the quick response and solution.

My husband gave me a pair of Venustas heated socks for Christmas and I love them! I ride my bike year round and have tried those stick on disposable foot warmers, layers of socks, shoe covers and still suffered with cold, numb toes. These socks keep my feet nice and comfortable even when it's raining, cold and windy. Such a relief!

I couldn’t be happier with this heated jacket—it’s easily one of the best purchases I’ve made for cold weather.

I absolutely love my heated venusta jacket and have dearly missed it working. After messaging in early December and a few mix ups in emails between going to junk mail and or not sending they kept trying to find ways to reach out and finally have resolved the issue its in the wiring. They were amazing to deal with highly recommend the appearal.

The people at Venustas are the best I recently purchased 2 more heated vests after loosing wright and they were shipped out right away in 2 different boxes The one came in a few days perfect The other one in a different color came a few days later and when I opened the box the vest was a perfect fit and I loved the grey color But there was no battery in the box I waited a few days and nothing came I emailed the customer support and had a reply the same day within hours and in a few days a battery in the mailbox I have purchased at least a dozen vests and jackets from Venustas and have told my friends about them and they are also just as happy with the products After my little problem and the way it was handled I will support them for life a great company to do business with and very caring people to deal Thank you for you service
