Wrote 4 tickets to all of their emails + used the contact form on the website .
After 2 weeks still silence - no response whatsoever.
Shame.

I bought quoc shoes from the website. I get a message stating that the shoe is out of stock. i could either order something else or get a refund. I ask for a refund but saw that the site has the shoes in stock @ their Barcelona location.

Still waiting for a reponse 3 days later. Am i getting the shoes or am i getting a refund? Am i just going to have to charge back?

Las ofertas muy buenas, el servicio de atención al cliente y la preparación del pedido bastante lento. Tardaron más de 8 días en entregar el pedido a la empresa de transporte, me puse en contacto por correo y nunca tuve respuesta.

Meine Bestellung bestand aus zwei Helmen. Nachdem die Lieferzeit schon überschritten war, bekam ich eine Nachricht, dass ein Helm nicht lieferbar sei. Daraufhin antwortet ich, dass sie mir bitte den einen schicken sollen und das Geld des anderen refundieren sollen.
Auf diese Nachricht bekomme ich seit Tagen keine Antwort. Ich erreiche auch telefonisch niemanden. Somit ist das Geld weg und Helm hab ich auch keinen.

Mi experiencia con el envío de la tienda Velodrom CC ha sido absolutamente pésima, especialmente por parte de la sede de Girona. El pedido no llegó dentro de los plazos estimados, sin ningún tipo de aviso ni explicación, lo cual ya de por sí es inaceptable.
La atención al cliente en Girona ha sido inexistente: he intentado contactar en varias ocasiones (para ser exactos 25 veces) y nunca he recibido respuesta. Es desesperante sentirse completamente ignorado cuando tienes un problema con un pedido.
Por otro lado, en la tienda de Barcelona al menos sí me han contestado, y me han confirmado que el paquete ni siquiera había salido, lo cual empeora aún más la situación.
Además, la aplicación de seguimiento del paquete(shop) tampoco funciona, algo que incluso desde la propia sede de Barcelona han reconocido.
En definitiva, una falta total de profesionalidad en la gestión del envío por parte de Girona, junto con un sistema de seguimiento inútil y una atención al cliente inexistente. No recomendaría comprar aquí bajo ningún concepto.

Die Qualität ist sehr gut, der Schnitt eher eng aber das ist gut so. Kaufabwicklung problemlos. Die erste Bestellung musste ich zurückschicken, da mir die Sachen zu klein waren, das ging problemlos und ich bekam mein Geld sofort zurück.

Vorsicht. Kundenservice gleich 0. Verkauft wurden Ersatzteile die nicht passen. Nach 3 Mails keine Antwort. Habe das Problem bereits gefunden, es gab 2 verschiedene Größen. Auf der Homepage wurde davon aber nichts gesagt. Auf Mails nicht geantwortet....

Un desastre me llego el casco specialized sin las alfombrillas interiores. Por el modo que estaba en la caja diría que era del expositor, ya podía estar de oferta ya, claro que si, de 10. Mande un email, no uno, si no dos, ni me contestaron. En definitiva que tenía unas viejas de un casco Poc i así voy. No se que clase de tienda es pero no voy a comprar nada más y os aconsejo que no lo hagáis.

I placed my order on the 27th of march. It said that it will be delivered on the 1th of april on the website. Since the 27th of march I send multiple emails to the customer service, I called multiple times. But I havent heard anything at all. I am shocked about all these good reviews, because I have the feeling I am getting scammed.

Très bien sauf la livraison vers la France plus d'une semaine mais inférieur au délai indiqué dans les conditions générales.
Seulement une chaussure avait une petite rayure. Rien de méchant qui ne nécessite pas un renvoi.

Still didn’t get my order after 14 days of waiting. There was no update on my oder for 10 days till I wrote to support. Very frustrating experience, wouldn’t recommend

What a place to shop at. A bikers heaven

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a pair of shoes that I found at a good price (around 40% discount) and they cancelled the order after I received the confirmation the previous day.

I was told that they had an “internal stock issue” and they weren’t able to send me the product. A few hours later, the same product reappeared in their web at a reasonably higher price.

I tried to contact them twice but I received no answer.

A shame of customer service and purchase experience, definitely not buying there anymore.

I've never complained about anything and shared lots of understanding.
But in this case we've both concluded a purchase agreement and you can't cancel it with argue" out of stock".
It's already on stock now.
