Would really recommend Smart Home Surveys - we got our survey booked in really quickly. Dan was great, wrote a really comprehensive survey report and had an indepth post survey call to talk through the issues the survey highlighted. He was frank and matter of fact which I really appreciated.

Excellent service throughout, thoroughly professional and could not fault them.

Adam at Smart Home Surveys did an excellent job. Very thorough and helpful in talking me through the process. Highly recommend

They did an official rebase survey of my property as required by HMRC. They knew exactly what I needed were able to complete this effortlessly. They kept me in the loop of progress. Professional and courteous, they were a great find. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing property surveying.

This company saved us from a really bad purchase. We got the level 3 report, and it was super thorough!

Very efficient to organise, with a completed survey back with us within 1 week.

Insightful follow up call was also easy to schedule at a time to suit me. Provided great context for what was included in the report, which really helped us understand the condition of the property.

Great service, and Adam was super helpful and kind. I strongly recommend Smart Home services.

The service was efficient (done shortly after I requested it), cost effective (best price I could find) and they were quick to respond to my questions.

Our request for a survey was carried out within days of the instruction and the report followed soon afterwards. The survey was a level 2 survey with pictures and the report was very thorough and easy to understand. Over a telephone conversation, they recommended a level 2 survey because a level 3 one would be an overkill, even though there is quite a price difference for them. The pictures were optional and we found it very helpful as you don't always see what the surveyor sees during a viewing. The included phone call after the survey was extremely helpful to talk through the issues. For us, there was one particular issue they identified amongst others that is essential for our decision with the purchase and the report has come in time for us to pause the conveyancing work while it is being resolved. We don't know what the result might be yet but the survey results played a huge part in our decision making process. I would recommend their services.

Many thanks to Adam for his very helpful and honest assessment of which Smart Home surveys would and wouldn’t be right for my needs. Adam took time over the phone to understand my enquiry and talk through relevant considerations for my property. For a first-time buyer, this independent guidance was very much appreciated.

Ian and Adam from Smart Home Survery were great. Adam expediently took care of the admin side of things and Ian went in to look at the property I was considering. The report he offered was very thorough, and he took the time to have a phone chat about it after I received. The property was problematic, and I needed some clarification in order to decide if the property was right for me. Ian gave me a sense of what I would be looking at in the future if I did decide to purchase. Super important info and really helpful too.

Smart Home Surveys did a very thorough and professional job for us on a high value house that we were purchasing. They were recommended by a top independent Estate Agent and I can now see why. Their report was first class but it was the support and guidance that they offered along the way which was invaluable. Highly recommend.

The report was very detailed and easy to understand. The surveyor was very cooperative.

They even answered some of my follow-up questions two months later when my solicitor flagged some ground stability issues and they explained which ground stability checks they had done by default and what I could possibly do on top to feel extra safe.

Great comms from the company, was able to discuss a few topics and available to guide, much appreciated, would recommend to any others.

Thomas conducted our home survey 2 years ago when we purchased our home and had a great experience at the time. He walked us through his report live and was available for follow up clarifications. He also recently helped diagnose a water intrusion issue and offered advice on how to organise the repairs. Highly recommend.

Great service, very quick turnaround, detailed and informative reporting

Efficient, reliable service, excellent customer service from Adam who went above and beyond

We had a Level 3 Building Survey conducted by Smart Home Surveys on a property in Barnet. Adam was extremely helpful in organising the survey and clearly explaining what would and would not be included. Their online tool made it easy to keep track of the booking status and any date changes along the way.

Ian, our surveyor, was exceptionally thorough. His detailed report, along with the helpful phone call discussion that was included as part of the service, saved us from making a huge mistake by uncovering significant structural issues with the property.

We will definitely be using Smart Home Surveys again as soon as we find our next house. Do not hesitate, book them.

I have been using Smart Home Surveys for a number of years. I find them efficient and professional. Adam is very helpful and has always managed to arrange for the inspection of my property to be carried out promptly. Their report is clear and thorough. I am very happy with the service they provide.
