Right from the very first consultation visit everyone was so friendly which put me at ease. All procedures were explained to me in detail and I was given a brochure to take home.

Flawless Service
The entire experience was truly faultless. Mr Krishnan was thorough, informative and empathetic during both my procedure and follow up appointments at vein centre. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and reassured
throughout by all of the staff.
My results have been fantastic after laser and sclerotherapy. I would 100% recommend using vein centre for anyone considering treatment of their varicose veins.

My experience at the Sheffield Vein…
My experience at the Sheffield Vein Centre, was very professional and my treatment was completed with care and very little discomfort.
My follow up appointment only needed a small painless procedure, to complete the overall result and without any further treatments needed.
I am very happy with the result and pleased I chose the Vein Centre for my treatment.

I seemed to be the odd one out...but
I seemed to be the odd one out here. It made me very sad and disappointed when I saw the other great reviews. I'm happy for them ,of course. My treatment which was around £500, did nothing for me, I thought. I went for a consultation ( the centre was about 1 and a half hours from me) I was told they could treat my veins and improve the look of my legs. I was really excited, thinking I could wear shorts for the first time in years! When on holiday I'm so self conscious on the beach or around the pool. Obviously fake tan can help a bit, but still I wanted these horrible red and blue veins gone. Anyway, when I went to actually have my treatment, travelling all that way and back again, the vein consultant proceeded to quickly inject the veins , I could hardly feel anything was actually happening, but it was over quickly and the nurse put on the compression stockings, and I followed all the rules when I got home. I had them done late august 2025. I waited 2 months to see if there was any improvement...sadly there wasn't. I took photos and sent them to the clinic. They said my legs needed more time. The staff in the centre are very lovely, but now it's February 2026,and finally I have seen some improvement. To be honest I've had a lot of things going on, and haven't really looked at my legs closely from the front or the back. And I can see that some of the areas do look a lot better. There are sort of brownish marks where the veins were in certain places which is probably normal and will fade in time. The centre are very good at checking on how you are doing. I cannot fault the company in anyway regarding communication, care and wanting the best possible outcome for their patients.I haven't got the exact results I wanted, but the clinic have offered me a free consultation valid for 6 months, and a discount on a second treatment. This is generous, and I will take up the offer in due course. Hopefully I'll be able to write a positively glowing review then! We are all different and some people might need more than 1 session. I will say to anyone else who has this treatment for thread veins and the small blue ones, to wait more than the time they say you will see results. It's taken 4 months for me to finally see improvement. I do recommend the centre as I think most patients achieve great results. The receptionist and nurse there are absolutely lovely. And you do feel completely at ease. The consultant is also gentle and caring .

Had a great experience in the Knutsford branch of the vein centre ,
The staff are brilliant from the receptionist who is so lovely and friendly and she put my mind at ease when I was nervous about my procedure.
The procedure was great and the doctor and nurse were lovely and made me at ease and were very thorough and explained everything. My treatment was very successful and would highly recommend getting your legs done and don’t put it off , wish I had done it months ago .
I have recommended to family and friends .

Whilst the staff were lovely and the clinic was very welcoming, my spider veins are still as visible as they were before having 2 procedures in line with the advice given.
