From start to finish it's been a great service and I can absolutely recommend the vein centre. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful and before you know it the procedure is over and done with. It's a great set up. Booking an appointment was quick and convenient as was the after care. I'd like to thank everyone for such a positive experience.

I was in pain with my leg veins. From looking on website and contacting by telephone I had an appointment by the end of the week.
The process was easy they helped me with my treatment date due to work.
The procedure was uncomfortable but you would expect that. Instruction was clear and always told what was happening. The venue was clean and clinical. Aftercare was carefully gone through.
It takes some time to heal but you can walk and do things.
Today was my follow up and all has gone well. So happy I had this procedure and that I went through VeinCentre. Many thanks

I arrived at the veincentre in liverpool for my follow up appointment and got a nice reception by staff ,relaxed with a nice drink,then I met DR,lake assissdent who was so nice she guided me through what was happening, then I had a chat with dr Lake he done a ultrasound scan on me leg and I was happy with the result, I highly recommend this veincentre and a walked out a very happy man.thank you veincentre liverpool

I have been putting this off for years, I was very nervous but Navin and his team were just brilliant!
He put me at ease completely and it was such a straight forward procedure, my only regret is not doing it sooner!

I attended the Vein Centre in Cambridge. It’s a small, friendly and professional clinic. The surgeon efficiently diagnosed a varicose vein in my right leg and I booked treatment (ablation) which was quick and relatively painless. Unfortunately because I had the procedure in November, my follow up appointment was delayed due to the Christmas shutdown so when I developed thrombophlebitis the week before Christmas, it was difficult to get any appropriate advice as the clinic was closed. I ended up being referred to the local NHS Hospital by my GP who was concerned about DVT. I was assessed and treated there. It was scary at the time and I spent Christmas Eve at the thrombosis clinic which wasn’t great. However, I subsequently learned at my Vein Centre follow up in January that thrombophlebitis is a normal part of the healing process and is mentioned in the literature. However, at the time, I could only follow my GPs advice. Apart from this setback, I found everything else to be straightforward with a successful outcome. I would still recommend The Vein Clinic and would use them again.

Very slick service delivered by a friendly but professional team

From the consultation onwards I knew I was in good hands! I did my research about the centre in Harborne, Birmingham, and it paid off. The setting in terms of the clinic & immediate area is very pleasant. Inside I was greeted warmly by Debbie & she made me & my husband who waited for me, feel very welcome. She was also professional & competent. Dr Deepak & the nurse practitioner Asif are a wonderful team! From the consultation onwards, I knew I was in good hands. Dr Deepak knows his 'stuff,' is dedicated, and explained everything clearly. He made the whole process as painless as possible & it was uncomfortable at worst, occasionally. He & Asif are professional & caring, proud of their good work. No awkwardness. I had my first treatment in November & a top up treatment in January. I still have some skin staining where the veins are 'dying off,' but I was fully prepared by Dr Deepak for this stage of the process. My legs are already much improved, and the costing was transparent & fair. No pressure whatsoever after my consultation, though I knew very quickly I was booking in for treatment as I felt so confident with the team.
I am looking foward to seeing the final results in a few months, and to wearing nice little summer dresses!

Had sclerotherapy treatment for some spider /thread veins on my thigh and inside of one of my ankles plus a varicose vein on the back of my knee. The treatment cost £450. The treatment has not resolved my issues but only made them worse. I now have staining where the thread vein was on my thigh which looks like a constant bruise the thread vein on my ankle has not disappeared and there is little change to the varicose vein. I emailed VeinCentre but they wanted me to pay for further treatment which I was not prepared to do as I had seen no improvement. They advised they would have a manager contact me on their return from holiday that was 3 months ago I am still waiting. Would not recommend this treatment.

From entering the clinic the staff are so welcoming. And the results for me is amazing my only regret is I didn't have it done earlier! Thankyou so much. Anyone thinking of having treatment just get it booked! Once again thankyou.
