Shit I pre booked last night for the next day so it should be outside ready to pick me up ha nope wasn’t even outside after waiting a while I was gonna be late to work so cancelled it booked uber they was busy but still got to me in 3 minutes ie people if you want a reliable and fast taxi where there “fixed fair” is actually fixed so Yh book uber better service

Worst taxi firm in existence. They think postcodes are actual addresses and go to the wrong place more than 60% of the time. Just got in my taxi 15 minutes late and driver won’t even take me to where I want to go via somewhere else says I need to book it! PATHETIC. AVOID

Yesterday being the 21/9/26 I booked a taxi for my neighbour who is 81
For today being the 21/9 to pick the laf8es up from her address @13:45
But this is not the first time they have not truned up the lady missed her
Appointment due to the lack of English by the person booking the fair
And there drivers lack of English. Why do they employ people that do not
Understand basic English. Veezu is the worst private hire company in leeds
From now on wards I will use streetcars black and white cabs.

Found out today they are allowed to charge a lot more at busy times - today it was £4 more they tried to charge me.
I said forget it.
Sadly they have taken over Triple twenty taxis in Dudley, which I previously used extensively.
I've written to my MP stating I may not be able to use this company Vezuu now.
I have no problem with company takeovers, but don't think they should be able to hike up their prices so much because of busy times

I booked a taxi .had confirmation and driver... but all of sudden it disappeared . However, this is second time.. i gave them a second chance...

I don't give any 3rd chances .. I telephoned the company, was lied to... please don't lie... i used to work there when cabsmart. Know how things work...

I called hawke..who turned up. Driver was lovely and dressed smart...

Prebooked for a wedding 2 taxis for 2 customers at different time pick ups. Received text notifications for bookings but no booking references.
Picked up for wedding venue at Hayling Island Sailing club but 11:30pm and 00:30 return ride no shows. Numerous calls to company but told no drivers available and would be 30-40 mins wait. Ended up with lifts from guests. Only 1 taxi turned up an hour later 01:30 and text received but had already returned home with a lift with a guest. We would have had to walk the 3 miles otherwise.
Avoid this company.

BEWARE A VEEZU 'TAXI' DRIVER OVERCHARGED ME BY £3. VEEZU IGNORING ME - FREQUENT CUSTOMER FOR YEARS - I filled in their online complaints form. I tried calling the man. Even left voicemail requesting my £3 overcharge back

Only went couple of miles, to Asda Westlea. He drove very fast - over a hump that literally bounced me OFFF THE SEAT! Im elderly and have severe spinal injuries. I told him hIs careless driving hurt me He GNORED ME
Outside Asda, he demanded £10. I told him that's wrong ! I only ever paid £6.50 ...he said its more at weekends. I asked him where proof is...he refused to show me his mobile
I had no choice but to get out and immediateky called Veezu. They confirmed he should have only charged me £7!!!
The agent tried calling him but he stated Hassan had gone OFFLINE

SHAMEFUL ABUSE

Aggressive and rude driver - in a different car to the booking. He held us “hostage” until the payment went through (which wasn’t our fault). Also, got charged extra for no logical reason.

I booked a trip with a dog friendly driver and they sent me a driver with dog allergies how rubbish the service is. The driver was nice enough to still take me.

Ordered a airport run one week in advance five minutes before pick up App said 9 minutes five minutes after pick up time went to twenty minutes
This would put me thirty minutes late leaving for my flight.How can it be trusted!
Cancelled and luckily a relative drove me to airport

This company is not professional. The driver hit my car while i was collecting my child from school. Looked my straight in the eye and drove off. £400 worth of damage and the driver will not take responsibility. I have emailed the company three times with no response. This company should not be used for pick up for children. do not use them.

Absolutely shambolic service, left a child with disabilities at a venue without contacting them and just canceled the ride ..do not use these morons who don't know where anywhere is nor care for customers

Downloaded the app when visiting Wolverhampton. I used it to book a cab, and it was great. It showed live info on where the car was, and the timescale it showed was spot on. The taxi driver was very nice, and I will definitely use it again.

Taxi booked for 2.55pm didn't arrive till 3.45pm grandson had a important dentist appointment almost missed it if it wasn't for the dentist saying they would still see him, avoid at all costs get Uber.

I booked a taxi through this company's app, 45 minutes before an appointment that I needed to attend. The request was accepted by a driver the waiting time kept getting longer and longer and just when the driver seemed to be appearing near my road the car icon completely disappeared from the app. And the waiting time kept getting even longer. It was bizarre and infuriating. I will never use this company again as I thought this would be a good alternative to Uber. Uber is bad but this is worse.

Tried to book a taxi for hospital for 08.40 in the morning (saturday) expressed to them that they cant be late because i have a medical procedure, he recommended to book at least an hour early as they couldnt guarantee getting there for 0840....apparently because of school runs.... on a saturday?...what kind of "booking service" is that?....wont be trying them again.

Booked taxi for 1230am had it confirmed two days previous. Phone at 1233 to find out where i was told it would be an hour for a taxi. So I had to walk 1.5miles to get me bus. Missed my bus. Had to book another bus nearly missed my flight never booking with them again.

Ordered taxi to take us to railway station in Huntingdon clearly told the dispatcher time of train agreed pick up at 3.55pm driver eventually arrive at 4.10pm after 2 calls to dispatcher. Dispatchers was disinterested and unhelpful.
If you want a reliable taxi service do not use Veezu Huntingdon

Pick up time is good but too many fluctuations in fares.
Last week my ride to work was £7.00 50p to payment? then yesterday same trip cost me £10.80 and again 50p added to payment
Price is set on the app and matches the price in the car but always an extra 50p added no explaination
Going back to Uber

Absolute nightmare. Apparently they use an Indian call centre for taxi bookings. Booked a taxi - we informed them there were 4 of us all with suitcases and elderly and some with disability. After about 6 calls as agent couldn't understand us they sent taxi to wrong pick up point. Said your car is there - it wasn't - who knows where it went! Kept phoning. Eventually another taxi turned up on wrong side of busy road. 4 heavy suitcases and people with disabilities had to cross very busy road as taxi wouldn't turn round. Taxi driver said I can't lift cases - you'll have to put them in boot yourselves - despite us already informing booking agent we had cases. So we lifted them into boot. As we're doing this taxi driver said "mind my car". Got into taxi then driver said don't touch door panel it will fall off it's loose! Then said mind my cables - my phones charging. Then the driver attempted to take us to totally different railway station to one we had booked journey to. Couldn't make it up. What a disaster of a company!!!!. Driver also said don't have a go at me - even though we didn't!
