Veenas - Groceries Online Shopping in UKArvostelua 

Just recently ordered some items from veenas. In fact this is my second time. Received items in best condition and within promised time. The Items were well packaged. The collection of Indian groceries is also good. Overall happy experience.

I never received my order. I waited for nearly two weeks before receiving a refund. Communication is awful. Very annoyed as, had I known they were unable to supply from the offset, I could have ordered elsewhere instead of wasting time waiting. I won’t be using them again

They have everything and always deliver when scheduled

Very good service from a very good business. Only thing is if ordering by post it’s better to bulk order as single items are expensive to have delivered

I ordered 3 jars of palm oil and paid for all of them. The delivery arrived a day late, even though I had carefully chosen a day well in advance. To be fair, this was probably a problem with DHL, the delivery company. But what is most annoying is, that I only received 2 jars instead of the 3 that I paid for!! And now they seem to have taken the product off the website. I'm quite annoyed! I have given 2 stars because at least the 2 jars that did arrive were okay.

Got all groceries in good condition. Even the frozen ones like grated and coconut chunks were packed really well and worth ordering from this place. Will definitely make more orders from this store for Indian groceries.

One of my favourite places to buy Indian groceries. Home delivered fresh Indian spices, veggies, fruits, sweets, savoury. Veenas is very precise and accurate with my orders. Any discrepancies and customer care people sort it out within couple of days. Defo recommend to try.

Didn’t receive order, Evri delivered it to the wrong address, Veenas said they were investigating but then stopped responding, had to get refund from Amazon.

customer of Veenas . initially I had an issue with delivery as it was sent in 2 different boxes , one got delivered on date other one was delayed. But the customer service was amazing. Even though there was a delay it was well packed, I got them fresh and was ready for my Onam.
