I placed an order on 9th.Item has not yet received.Called the DHL no response and called Veenas customer service phone is switched off or not responding.

What a great first experience we had with Veena's Store. They delivered exactly what we ordered in superb quality. Packaging was done meticulously to protect the items. We really impressed with the way they had packaged the perishable items. Delivery was on time as agreed. Customer service was also great who dealt with my enquiry promptly. In my last delivery I received a couple of items which were totally staled and not in a consumable state. Those were particularly expensive items like mangoes and karela. Hence I clicked pics and requested for refunds. It's been 6 days, have done follow ups but they always have a same response, that they will get back to me and no sign of refund.

The service and products received from Vennas were second to none. The freshness and quality and packaging, were as good if not better than any other food products I have received. I'm just about to to start cooking i know it's going to taste as good as it looks. Thank you again for your excellent service.

Really a great place to buy household essential's with a proper good quality of products in it.

Received 3 products that had expired and had to go back and forth to get a refund. Happened 2 years ago as well and hadn't ordered anything from them for a long tine. It is a good venture with wide variety of items but I am sincerely worried seeing products expired 2 years ago being sent out to customers.

Usually use another online retailer for cooking ingredients however this store has a great range however you can only pay by creating a paypal account rather than just being able to use your credit/debit card to purchase so after having spent some time filling my basket had to cancel the transaction, as I won't be opening a paypal account so won't be able to purchase - real shame such an inflexible payment process.
