Useful and stylish
I have had so many compliments about my Victoria iPhone case. Now I no longer struggle to find my phone when it rings, and when I want to take a quick photograph it is always to hand. When it’s time for a phone upgrade I will definitely be back for another case. The guys at Vaultskin were so helpful, delivery was foc, altogether a great experience.

great customer service, poor experience
I was sent the wrong order twice before finally receiving the correct one. It’s not a bad wallet, but the cards I have stick to the inside every time I use it, which makes it difficult to get them out.

Vastaus yritykseltä Vaultskin
Dear Kevin,
We're truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you've faced with your recent orders and the inconvenience caused by the cards sticking inside your wallet. Your experience is important to us, and we're committed to making it right.
Regarding the order mix-up, we understand how frustrating that can be, and we apologize for the confusion. Our aim is to ensure you receive the correct products in a timely manner.
As for the issue with the cards sticking, this is not the experience we want for our customers. We use genuine leather, which can sometimes lead to cards sticking. Over time, the leather should naturally loosen up and alleviate this issue. However, to assist you in the short term, we recommend placing a single card in each slot initially, which should make it easier to remove them.
We greatly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our products and services. If you have any further concerns or require additional assistance, please reach out to us at info@vaultskin.com. We're here to help and ensure you have a wallet that meets your expectations.
Best regards,
Your Vaultskin Team
Poor customer experience.
The ethos of the company appears to be one of seeking excellence in the design and manufacture. They seem to have forgotten about customer service. I ordered a product, but was not informed that it is out of stock in the UK. It seems to be coming from Germany, but no trace of any progress. Never had this problem with Bellroy products! Looks like others have had the same poor Vaultskin service.

Dear Laurence,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you've faced with your recent order. Your experience is important to us, and we're committed to addressing your concerns.
We deeply value the trust you place in us, and it's disheartening to hear that your order was not promptly fulfilled as expected. We apologize for the oversight in communicating the stock availability accurately.
The delay in shipping that you've experienced is not reflective of the high standards we aim to uphold. We understand your frustration, and we're working diligently to improve our fulfillment process, including shipping from our German location to the UK, to prevent such issues in the future.
We greatly appreciate your comparison to Bellroy, and we're taking your feedback seriously to enhance our customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
To address your specific order situation and provide you with more information, please contact us at info@vaultskin.com. We're here to assist you and make sure your experience aligns with the excellence you expect from Vaultskin.

Excellent craftsmanship. I loved the wallet phone crossover, but unfortunately, it was a little small, the return process was the best I have ever seen. This company is TOPNOTCH. I kept the vault card because I know it will help keep my personal data safe. I love this company!
