I can honestly say that I'm so impressed with the way this business operates - the choice of vapes are fantastic, the delivery is super quick, they're always spot on with the order in terms of delivering the correct items.
If for any reason there is an issue they are hot off the mark to get it sorted, I've only ever had to deal with a mistake once and it was rectified straight away, the 2 people I spoke to regarding it (Nick and Hassan) were both super lovely, very apologetic and just all round lovely to speak too.
I've used this website now for 4 months and I can genuinely say I don't think I'd go back to buying at a local shop :)

Great service flavour I wanted was out of stock at most retailers. Order was sent out during the bank holiday Parcelforce lost the package. Great comms from the vaportiser team to keep me informed was no fault of their own. Another box was sent out the next day. Great company couldn’t recommend highly enough

We can see that you last placed an order with us on the 26th April. We can see from the Parcelforce tracking portal that your item was delivered on the 28th April.
Also, we do not use Evri. We only use Parcelforce and Royal mail.
Is it a possible that you may be referring to another business/website?
