Still waiting on an order I placed on the 17th July , it’s now the 16th August ! Absolutely no response from them , through email , phoning , messaging . DPD have said they’ve received the details but haven’t received the parcel , absolute joke !!

This company has been very good for a few years but has recently failed drastically in its customer relationship. I ordered some goods in July and they were delivered by DPD on 18th. However, the delivery was incomplete and I only received 2 of the 5 items ordered. I immediately raised the issue via web chat and email describing the issue in detail with relevant photographs. They responded by email on 21st July and wrote "I'm very sorry this has happened. I'll arrange for the missing xxxxxxx to be sent out to you as soon as possible, and we'll handle the claim with DPD directly, so there's nothing further you need to do." I thought great, I'll just wait. On 28th July I became suspicious and chased up the missing items to no avail. I have sent numerous emails, left phone messages and web chats and not one has been responded to. Something has happened to this company and they are not communicating with their customer base. They are still taking orders online but I will never order again. They still owe me £43 for the missing items.

I have made 2 orders of £22.99 each and both have a tracking number but have not yet been dispatched and that’s nearly 3 weeks ago. I’m assuming they’ve gone bust but still taking money for online orders which they have no intention of fulfilling. Shocking! I have used them for years aswell! So disappointed and gutted to have thrown away £46

Company has gone to pot. Orders have been taking longer to arrive then last 2 orders, one came with completely the wrong items and the other just hasn't shipped. Have emailed all email addresses provided, rung and attempted web chat all several times but no response. One of the webchats I got a response and said they'd sort it but then stopped responding and didn't sort. They have owed me £90 for 2 weeks now. AVOID!

I placed an order with EVapes on the 13th of July. It was £44.99.
I have twice now had a message from DPD saying they will deliver the items . But they never do. I have emailed twice and asked for a refund, no response . I am really shocked at this level of poor service and poor communication.
I will need to involve my bank to get a refund it appears .

Ive been buying from them for a while now. My last order took them over 2 weeks to deliver and then it was the wrong order. Ive tried to chat with them on the website, ive sent numerous emails, and phone them 5 times a day and it always goes straight to voicemail, ive left messages each time and i havent had 1 call back.

Absolute shocking customer service from e-vapes, placed an order, they took my money and have not dispatched my order, and now they will not answer my emails or calls. Worse company I have ever dealt with!

It’s not one member of staff, it’s all three members at the e-vapes store in Paisley.
Mags, Brogan and Kira are the most amazing women. As well as knowing what I regularly buy with the right nic shots, they actually are interested in how life is.

I have been given recipes from Kira, chatted with Brogan about rugby union while Mags is someone I would want as a Mum. Put the three of them together and they make every experience at e-vapes phenomenal!

Have been a customer for many years have place 2 ordered as they sent.the wrong e liquid then the other order not dispatched I've emailed so many times and left messages and no one is getting back to me im £40 out of pocket and very annoyed

Always have what I want in stock. Very speedy delivery.

The vape liquid is very good. The delivery service was diabolical, 3 days I was sent a message saying it would be delivered in a 4 hour window and they never turned up. Not the fault of the vape provider but really need to change your courier.

Evapes are responsive, helpful and orders are despatched quickly.
They have a great range of products so you can always find something new if you are looking for a change.

Amazing staff, been with them since I stopped smoking over 10 years ago, and have always smoked British gold when I have a problem ( I always email Hannah she's never let me down and has gone beyond customer service for me always solved my enquiry keep up the good work guys

When you visit the website everything is easy you can place an order and get a early delivery but when things don’t go to plan Hannah will sort it out for you

No issues easy to order and acceptable prices and will stock up before October duty hike
