When I track my order, it is in Ready for Shipment status in the past 3 weeks.
They do not answer for any email. Where is my order?

Le business model est le même que la puff, c'est éphémère.
SAV inexistant, relation client idem, technologie approximative (Comptage des puffs, la cigarette ne reconnait pas ses résistances et vous bloque, beaucoup de fuites de liquides dans vos mains/poches, jets de produits dans la bouche meme avec les bons réglages de W etc ...)
Bref vous êtes au courant maintenant.

Not very nice to be honest. Never had a vape make me feel as sick as these ones do.Have to top them up a ridiculous amount aswell. Not worth it

I bought the xros 5 leather edition, been vaping 12yrs, filled the pod, let it rest 5 mins, weird sound coming from pod when vaping, seem the wick inside is saturated, tried another coil, same issue, I've tried 0.6, 0.8 and 0.4 pods all same issue, never experienced this kind of issue with any other mods I've had. Rubbish device, highly dont recommend it. Fur coat no knickers comes to mind, will never buy a vapresso device again. Waste of £25. Don't tell me how I should fill the pod etc. Its the very poor quality, never had this issue with my caliburn g3 and g4 devices.

Over the past 6 months I have had an issue with the xros pods , I have tried the 0.6 ohm to 0.8 ohm and all no matter where you purchase from has a problem. They either leak from the bottom or spit juice when inhaling , some last less than a week before it gives a burnt taste , also they don't pull properly at times. These pods are 75 rand each and cannot be returned as you need to prove it is a manufacturer fault. Kindly improve your products , it's a shame that we spend a lot of money for poor products . Stop posting that it's our fault , we follow manufacturers directions on how to use device but your products are just terrible. The mesh system is clearly not workin.

Even 1 star is still too much for me personally. This was the last time I bought anything here. You order Vaporesso Corex 3.0 and end up getting the previous version, 2.0. I sent several emails, which were probably first automatically forwarded to another email address. I sent emails to the recommended address, also through the website itself, but unfortunately received no response. It is what it is, and I won't be taking any further steps, but the advertisements or reviews will certainly not be positive.
Update: My decision remains the same but I still want to give a quick update. Today 27/02/2026 I suddenly received the correct article in my mailbox, presumably they tried to correct their mistake. However, I have not received any further information about this, neither email nor other info. So I have to guess whether this really comes from them, although I have a strong suspicion that it does.
Update 2: On 10/03/2026 I received an email confirming that the correct products had been sent. So finally a confirmation that the package did indeed come from them. The question was then immediately asked whether I would like to remove this negative review. But why? I am only writing the facts as they happened, no more and no less.

I was looking for a replacement for my Vuse device, and this is in a completely different league. I’m very happy with my purchase, and customer service was excellent as well.

Volevo cambiare la recensione scritta in precedenza. Effettivamente la prima Armour che ho acquistato l’ho dovuta cambiare per i problemi di ricarica di cui sopra.
Ma la seconda dopo aver cambiato il cavetto di alimentazione è tornata a ricaricare correttamente.
Ho dato 4 stelle perché il cavetto di alimentazione in dotazione è quasi inutilizzabile per la sua lunghezza. Potrebbe essere sicuramente più lungo.

These side-filled pods work great. I’ve found them far more reliable than bottom-fill designs, which tend to leak.

Every single pod i've bought and replaced during the last week has conked out after the first fill and within less than an hour and has cost me about £40 in 2 packs of pods. No, I'm doing nothing wrong! They're just crap.

My mod broke at the end of November, and my main focus while shopping was "durable" and before Christmas. After experiencing inventory issues with my usual online shop when trying to get an Armour mod, I decided to order directly from Vaporesso. Not only was I able to get the color & style I wanted, but also the shipping time was quick. I was able to fulfill both objectives. This mod has been dropped and knocked over a few times and is still unscathed. I believe my Armour Max will be around for a while

I really enjoy this device overall. It performs well and feels solid, but I do wish the pod leakage issue could be improved.
