The screen delivers excellent picture clarity and very smooth motorized movement. Setup was straightforward and the overall build quality feels premium. It has significantly improved my home theater experience.

I purchased a Vaporesso pen that uses Luxe X Series 0.8 pods two months ago and 50% of the pods are bad, including the one in the starter kit. Either they don't work at all or they deliver the burnt taste no matter how long I let them sit for the cotton to cure. The store where I purchased even gave me a pod set free for my trouble. They all leak. I just purchased two sets of new pods and again I'm stuck with bad ones. I'm getting a new system after these. I used SMOK Novo products for several years and thought I was upgrading. They also leak but the pods are good most of the time. Vaporesso costs more but is not an upgrade.
Also, I tried sending an email to Vaporesso/contact-us, and the address is no longer working.

My first experience with pod vaping was about 2 years ago with Veev. This proved to be very expensive and I switched to Vaporesso XROS PRO about 4 months ago. I like this system. Great flavour delivery helped by being able to choose from the massive range liquids available from scores of suppliers. The battery life so far seems great - fast recharging and good capacity. System seems virtually leak-proof although it would benefit from being higher liquid capacity. Overall 4 stars but bordering on 5

From the beginning, the Vaporesso support team has been incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. Even when there was some confusion from my side, they remained respectful, understanding, and continued to assist me step by step until everything was clear.

Their communication is clear, fast, and very customer-focused. They truly take the time to carefully read and respond to emails, ensuring every concern is fully understood and properly addressed.

What impressed me the most is their dedication to finding a solution and guiding me through the warranty process in a calm and professional way. This shows that Vaporesso truly values their customers and stands behind the quality of their products.

Big thanks to the Vaporesso support team for the excellent service. I highly recommend Vaporesso not only for their products, but also for their outstanding customer support.

Horrible Customer Service! They have no idea what they're doing. I ordered on February 28/2026. Today is March 17/2026 & I still haven't received my order. What's their idea of "Customer Service"? Copying/Pasting the same response as previously, stating that the "order has been dispatched. Please wait".

For anyone who's been ripped off by Vaporesso or is fed up with their poor Customer Service, even though they're based out of China, you can still report them! The Better Business Bureau won't be an option, but you can Google "12315". It's a Chinese organization that investigates fraudulent businesses in China. The page is written in Chinese, but your browser will have the option to translate it to English.

Really wish I would have looked into the reviews for this company before placing an order but almost everything bad I've read is what I've experienced also. The worst part was the shipping said it would take 5-7 days to get here but it ended up taking 26 days to get my package. I even paid the extra $14 to get my package delivered faster and when I tried to get in contact with customer service, they were no help at all. Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

In my opinion, this is the best pod available. Reliable, consistent, and great flavor.

These pods are awesome. They hold a lot of juice; I only have to fill it up maybe 2–3 times a week on average. They also last for weeks without burning out and getting that disgusting taste in your mouth. Very rarely do I ever get any duds. After about two weeks, there can be a little leakage, but much better than any other brands I’ve used. 10/10—I will continue to buy these for as long as I vape.

This is a great new version of an already excellent product. Vaporesso did a fantastic job improving it.

This is a great vape all around. I love the color, smooth hits, and the iTank 2 performs exceptionally well.

It's a great device. I like how it functions, size and form, the puff counters, and the lock switch.
The only thing I like to see improved at all would be the battery door but hopefully it last awhile.

I love this tank and have owned many different ones Mostly in the Smok line but this is the best one! I am clumsy and have dropped this thing more times than I can count. It takes a lick and keeps on ticking.I love that it will use the larger battery so I can run all day without worrying about having to stop to change batteries. Give this one a try you will love it.

The new xros corex 3.0 coils are utter crap, shops are stopping stocking them due to terrible quality.
As others have mentioned, the pods leak uncontrollably, spit liquid into your mouth and are worthless compared to the original pods/coils that lasted over a month. Company has got greedy and designed a product with a shorter life to milk money from the people who own vaporesso vapes.
I am sick of getting hot juice spitting out of the mouth piece and juice leaking into the vape itself.
I am ditching vaporesso products for something made outside of china. 1/10 is a generous score for this greedy company.
