I placed the order on a Tuesday, nobody contacted me until that Friday to inform me they needed proof of my age. I was told it would ship that afternoon. It did not ship until the following Tuesday. Y’all sent me a review and I haven’t even gotten my order yet, it won’t be here until next Wednesday

My husband was pleased with the choice of vapes that I ordered for him. He was wanting a new one and I not knowing too much about vapes, I watched the information videos for several and chose these two for him to try. He really likes the magnetic tops. Also, likes how discreet they are.

The skipper by ropecut e liquid is good I ordered 6 bottles was only able to get 2 of them so I got a call saying they were having issues with the supplier getting all 6 that was ok so I was directed to Don cristo dcc I found it is way to sweet not my everyday vape at all.

Owner came from the back of the shop to argue his opinion on wearing masks today being the first day the mask mandate has been lifted. He was aggressive and condescending and kept yelling from back of shop trying to argue with me. The employees are great but the owner has an aggressive approach stating his opinions on the Covid 19 virus and mask wearing. Very childish and degrading. Very unprofessional a disappointment to any small business owner

Don’t believe the negative reviews I ordered the swag II blue with two batteries and it came faster then it was supposed too. It was exactly as advertised, it was the best price I could find and it works wonderfully. Would buy from again!

The first time I reached out to VapeVine, it was a generic question that I didn't expect to be treated with any urgency because honestly I probably could have found the information on their robust website, but their customer service team responded instantly and they were so considerate. I've been super satisfied with every order I've received from them, and I'm not sure if I should attribute the credit to them or Canada post or whichever mail carrier they use, but my orders have always arrived ahead of schedule which was super convenient. Nonetheless, they have proven themselves as super reliable as every order I've received so far has been flawless and exactly to my specifications. Super satisfied customer.

In April an unhautorized purchase was made on my credit card. I sent 5 different emails with NO response. I asked them not to process the transaction and they went ahead anyways. After 5 months an employee NOT the manager called me. He was arrogant, rude and accused me of lying. I am beyond words right now!! They take your money regardless of the situation. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life...I am livid!!!

Emailed this company without purchasing a thing, they responded very quickly and answered all my questions and more!

no indication that my package tried to be delivered. looked at tacking information and said it was left at the post office for pickup. no slip left, I have no idea where my package is. They were very nice and provided direction on the phone though

They don’t reply to emails and they don’t ship out the products. No joke, don’t even try it. Go to Dashvapes. Free shipping after 35$ and they actually send you your stuff.

I’m an actual customer not a paid shill working for another company who’s just trying to spew trash. VAPEVINE is an amazing group of people. Honest and helpful and they work hard to make the customer happy. I’ve been shopping at VapeVine.ca since 2014 and they never disappoint.

Made a order , it was shipped out 4 days later now it’s been 2 weeks and still order has not arrived . I asked for a refund and somehow I have to wait for a package that may never arrive before I can ask for my money . This is my money and as of right now it’s stolen as I have no order in my hands to justify the loss .
