Do not do business with vapevine.ca. they have been using my credit card for over 5 months and I got scammed over $8500.00 they have not responded to any emails.

considering that where i live buying flavoured salt-nic juice is no longer an option being able to buy it from vape-vine is a blessing! and the delivery is insanely quick which makes it all the better. the one aspect i didn’t quite like was the extra tax that only shows up when checking out. adding close to 50$ more on my bill was somewhat disappointing.

Me and my gf ordered an Rpm40. I recieved mine 1st then 4 days later my gf recieved hers. I used mine for 3 weeks and the pod was so tight I was using a butter knife to remove the pod? I sent a video to vapevine and was told to pay for shipping and send unit to them? Shortly after my gf rpm40 unit was defective too, the battery was done. Sent video to vapevine and was told to send unit back to vapevine? Now both unit shipped to vapevine my pocket expense! When vapevine recieved units the confirmed the one unit battery was defective and other unit wasn't? The explaination the told me about the pod that was sticking was a joke clearly it was defective! So it's been 1 month and vapevine still hasn't shipped back my rpm40 with a pod I need to remove with butternife that they deemed wasn't defective. They told me that they will not pay for shipping but sending both unit back to them I pay shipping myself? A complained has been sent to Better Business Beau and hope people don't have to deal with what I had too! Will not be dealing with vapevine and not recommend them to anyone!
