First time ordering from vapevine and was very impressed with the customer service, they contacted me by phone to let me know that one of the juices wasn't available and offered a substitution at no extra charge. Was also told over the phone how to properly prime the coil as I was coming off vuse pens. Very knowledgeable and informative staff, will definitely be putting in more orders.

Ordering system was easy to use and shipment was received quickly.

The pricing on the website was great. It was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Plus I received everything that I asked for and was happy overall with the order. I was not happy with the $17.99 expedited shipping charge. It cost way too much and arrived in a week. Expedited means sooner and I live in Canada but that took longer and cost too much.

I’ve ordered several times now from this company, and not disappointed. Prices are excellent, better than local stores that carry the Vuse pods where I live. It does however take 10-14 days to deliver to me in BC, which seems like a very long time really….. Otherwise, absolutely no issues.

I just started dealing with VapeVine, and for my first order they went out of their way to ensure it was shipped in a timely manner, I received it within a couple days half way across the country.

Great service and pricing! Received a call from VapeVine following my online order to confirm my selections and to inform me that one of my selections would only be available the following day. I selected another item and the order was shipped the same day. Received everything 2 days later. Will order again!

Novo purchased failed after 7 days, as shop worker confirmed. It was said that without packaging, exchanges are not possible. returned and removed the box from the trash. I went back and was told that I wouldn't be served because he didn't like "how I was," and he questioned me if I had raised my voice or sworn. No, it's because I advised him to receive consumer rights training. He refused to give me a complaints method, claimed to have the defective goods, and refused to issue a refund since "it's a private firm, we don't need to observe consumer rights." I recorded and captured the conversation. It is blatant thievery. The website does not support email. If you plan to start a store on the high street, properly train your personnel. Legally, every business must display a complaints record. This company is absolute horrible I would recommend buying from almost any other vape shops.

I placed an 2 orders for disposable vapes today and talked with Kelly. I wanted to add to my orders and Kelly was so so nice and patient with me. Kelly went up and beyond to help me. She made me feel like a vip customer. I total recommend Vapevine to get your vape products. They are extremely professional and you feel like part of the Vapevine family. Everyone I have dealt with at Vapevine has always been great to me. Today Kelly was excellent at helping me with what I wanted. Thank you Kelly so much.

Sent me a defective tank. This so called business doesn’t treat their customers properly. Refund policy makes no sense. 0/5 stars if possible.. buyers beware

Products and prices are great, shipping was fast, only issue was processing time. 4 business days to process a simplistic order is a bit long. Could be faster on that, and communication could be better as well, as I sent an email inquiring and never heard back. Overall not a bad experience, but will be trying other online options.
