Filling out the necessary information on the website and buying; verifying over a phone call only to be told that my insurance would be c£150 more as I can't 'mirror' my motorcycle no claims - even though I declared the no claims were for a motorcycle when filling out the form on the website.
Being called 'mate' throughout the call.

I understand your no claims bonus was for motorcycle use. Our underwriters do not permit motorcycle no claims bonus to be used towards a van policy, which is why this could not be applied and resulted in a change to your premium.
I am also sorry to hear about the informal language used during your call, and the background noise which made it difficult to hear our team member clearly.
This is not the standard we expect, and I would like to look into this.

Broker fee added unaware
Very fast to call back but didnt give time to actually review the quotes as within 20 seconds of the quotes coming through had phonecall. Also wasn't aware that them doing over the phone included a £131 brokers fee being added to the premiums

It applies regardless of how the policy is arranged, whether online or over the phone, and is separate from the insurance premium itself.
