Outstanding, affordable watches
The watch I purchased is fantastic quality and it is definitely a premium watch brand that is only going to do bigger and better things and dominate the affordable but luxury watch market very soon.
I had a problem with delivery (not Valuchis fault - DHLs fault) but as compensation I was sent a free signature watch worth over €150.
Customer service were extremely helpful and prompt with responses and I would highly recommend this company!

Bad band quality
I have ordered one watch and I'm really disappointed about the quality. After just one month of usage it's all scratched up and doesn't look good. I am only using it at work and i wont from home.
I tried reaching out to valuchi watches about this and I haven't grotten any response.
A start up brand like this should prioritize their customers.

I have been trying for days to get a response from the email id for returns but no one has replied

Good Quality
Bought a Valuchi watch last week and the quality seemed quite good. The company provided me the watch pretty fast aswell with Farfill fulfillment. Overall I do recommend Valuchi watches for people who prefer class and style.

Great watch
From looking at the reviews, I was extremely hesitant to buy from Valuchi. However, given they offered different payment methods i.e. PayPal, Klarna etc. I thought it was worth to take the risk; and it paid off. The watch looks excellent and does look high quality. I own perpetual moon automatic watch…
I own perpetual moon automatic watch since sometime and really it’s one of the best whenever I put it on.
I keep tracking all the new series and at the right time I will want to own another one from the same brand, yet I insist that it should be automatic or hand wind because this is how watchmaking craftsmanship should be 😎
