I ordered chrograph watch on Black Friday, so it was delivered late. The long-awaited result was worth it. Watch is just amazing. I love it. Thank you Valuchi.

Unfortunately I also ordered a watch but got no updates within the delivery process and still do not know when the watch arrives. I also wrote an email to the support team but got no answer. Do me a favor and don’t by a watch from valuchi. If my opinion changes about the review I will change it if I will get new updates on the watch. My order Nummer: 11764

Update, after writing to the valuchi support I have got an answer and 2 days later my watch arrived so very nice support!!

I ordered a watch for €250 order number #55411on September 5th, and it has never been delivered. I’ve sent 3 direct messages and 7 emails to their customer service. At one point, they redirected me to DHL, who then sent me back to the company. Since then, I’ve received no responses at all.

This company has essentially stolen €250 from me. Horrible experience—don’t waste your money here!

Die Uhr kam innerhalb von 2 Wochen an. Leider habe ich keine Versandbestätigung erhalten oder Ähnliches. Ich wollte die Uhr zurücksenden und habe mehrmals per Email Kontakt aufgenommen. Leider ohne jeglicher Rückmeldung. Rate vom Kauf ab bei der Firma.

The watch is very beautiful, it met my expectations, I liked everything.

I recently purchased a blue moon phase from these guys. I cover watch first. Normally I don't buy quartz I prefer the autos. But I thought I look and I am pleased I did. It's a beautiful watch. Really slim, it's weight is good, I like to know the watch is there. It's easy enough to set if you follow the guide included. How rare it is these days to get any manual at all.

Second part customer service.
After I purchased I had second thoughts. I contacted but had already shipped. They were great saying it's fine I can return if I still feel that way after it arrives.

I'm keeping the watch and thankyou for first class customer service.

I bought the watch as a gift for my brother, but I haven’t received it. I contacted them via email, but got no response. I went to the website, and after a long wait, I managed to speak with a representative through live chat, who said they would resend the product or issue a refund. This was on September 11th, and I’ve received nothing since. I’ve sent live chat available on the website either. Order #55030

Update

They answered everything nicely, after much insistence they send an email saying that they were going to make the refund and that it could take 10 days, more than 14 days have passed and I haven't received anything, the support no longer works again, no one answers and it's a blind company.

Order #55550: I placed an order and made a payment on 8/9/24. I have emailed them three times regarding the tracking number, but no one has responded. I am very disappointed with the service.
Where is my watch? If you are not able to deliver the watch, you should refund!
