Vacation in Tulum Arvostelua 

Well hidden gem in downtown tulum within miles away from the main busy area of Tulum’s nightlife. The apartment complex has a great full gym , offer private pools and jacuzzi like in the unit we had. Host was very responsive and made sure before and during the trip to check in and see if anything was needed. I highly recommend this place and this host.

Beautiful Airbnb, even better than the photos ! Very clean & just like the descriptions! Great location, everything is super close! The beach is 10 minutes driving, huge supermarket right by, lots of great restaurants. The host, Jesse gave lots of amazing recommendations, very attentive, very responsive & Vacation in Tulum was amazing! Anything you need, they’ll bring and they will all go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect ! Highly recommend!!!

Simply, the best property management company in Tulum

I really enjoyed my stay at this air bnb. Xalet is such a beautiful property especially at night time. The pictures do not do it any justice. It is so quiet and relaxing. Prior to arriving I heard horror stories about Tulum, but I felt safe here. There was 24 hour security and front desk staff. The air bnb was very beautiful and clean! Upon check-in Jesse met us and gave us a tour of the place. He was extremely responsive during the trip and did an amazing job making us reservations and getting us everything we needed! Jesse made this trip extremely enjoyable for us! We loved all his recommendations. During the trip there was a power and water outage at Xalet. The team at Vacation in Tulum and Jesse were very attentive. They continuously communicated with us through the whole process and checked in on us. If you are coming to Tulum I highly recommend staying at this property! You will not be disappointed. I will 100% stay here again!

The team was very responsive. They answered any questions that was needed. Jesse was exceptional with accommodating any of my needs. This a perfect place for a solo traveler. I was solo and felt safe. The concierge was very helpful with calling taxis for me. The taxis are pretty expensive. I was only 8-10 mins from the nightlife downtown and it was between $15-$20 one way. Also, if you want to go to the beach area, be prepared to pay $30-$50 one way. The taxis will definitely add up.

Vincent and staff was amazing. Vincent was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference . The condo look just like the picture. Warm hospitality in a private setting! Our stay exceeded expectations. We celebrate my best friend birthday and they had the condo decorated cake and wine. We even had massages the next day . Vincent and staff were very accommodating giving suggestions on things to do tours and excursion, transportation. Made you feel at home. Vincent and staff went above and beyond very appreciative. Also shout out to our driver Ceslo he was awesome the whole trip definitely recommend him as well. I will definitely recommend to stay at this condo you want be disappointed.

We stay 4 days in this apartment and I highly recommend. It was very clean and convenient to move around the area. The building is kind of hide because of the beautiful vegetation around, but once you get inside is very different from the outside surrounding streets. It looks like if you get to a fancy hotel. We were so happy and secure place to stay as well to park our car outside on the street. We also enjoyed the swimming pool on the rooftop. The girl at the reception Fernanda was very polite and helpful to guide us about restaurants, cenotes, and other information we need to know.

This place is magical, I had a great time in this loft. Some minor things were quickly attended by my hosts Isaac and Martina, and they were super helpful with recommendations and great affordable places to go. I would definitely stay with them again. Thank you so much for a great stay!

This is my second time staying at this location, and just like the first time im extremely satisfied with the stay and services. I highly recommend staying or booking with this company, they are very professional and make you feel right at home!

This was the perfect spot for my friends and I girls trip! Vacation in Tulum was very helpful and fast at responding. We booked private transportation and massages last minute and they were able to make sure it happened despite us being last minute! The vacation was very Beautiful!!! We went out the first night and the others nights we decided to stay in and enjoy the property! I will definitely book again!

What a beautiful and peaceful home and resort. It was stylishly decorated and well-appointed. We loved spending time at the rooftop pool.

"OMG! Aflora is a hidden gem and this Penthouse has everything to offer. At the entrance to Aldea Zama, it’s easy to find and close to Everything. The entire community is built perfectly into the surrounding jungle. While a portion of Aflora units are still being built, that couldn’t be further from tower A. We didn’t hear any bothersome construction noises as this spot is tucked away. You can see the amazing common pool from both balconies (Panza’s “Iguana” smoothie is amazing) which we enjoyed during the morning and early afternoon, then hit our rooftop pool from about 330 on. The other side of the rooftop has a huge built in couch and a gorgeous marble dining table. The bathrooms are tucked away, hidden behind closet doors. Very fun! All of the handmade furnishings go with the indigenous feel of the surroundings. The osmosis machine for fresh drinking water was the icing on the cake. Wish we stayed for a month. Security was excellent HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Can’t wait to return to Aflora!"

Great place to stay while in Tulum. Located in the perfect location walking distance to many restaurants, close to so much. Vacation in Tulum was amazing host that communicated well from the beginning to the end! I would definitely recommend this listing!

Stayed at their Giada Towers apartment, I have stayed in the building before in another unit and we love the location, the building and the staff.
That being said, things got off to a rocky start… The apartment is exactly as it is listed, location is exceptional for Aldea Zama with fresh market directly below you and 20 min walk to Chedraui and 25 to Centro and 15 min cab or 45 min walk to the beach.
Let me preface this with, I am not trying to ruin anyone’s business or harm their ability to earn a living… But you will understand my reasons at the end.
We asked if an early check in was possible since we were already in tulum, they said it was not possible because the unit was being cleaned, no problem, that is a favor and they are mot obligated, the issue is that when we checked in the apartment was still dirty. We had to do a re-clean of the apartment, and their first communication with us was to ask us to leave a “5 star review” on day one of our stay… Word of advice, never do that.
If you run the washing machine with the drying cycle it will make the entire apartment stink, as does the second washroom all of the time.
Even with all that, I’m the type that I won’t let it bother me, you’re in Mexico just be happy.
We are extremely good guests especially for tulum, we don’t party, we don’t for drugs or play our music loud etc… Model guests that leave each place as we found it.

Three weeks after arriving home I receive a message from the owners of the unit that the bikes that are included in the listing are missing, bikes we never saw, handled or used… I explained this in my response… They did not respond, not a word. The next day I get a claim for 610$ for missing bikes with claims that they have us on CCTV video footage which I welcomed them to show and that one bike was in the apartment when we arrived and the other in the garage. We never once saw the bikes, never once entered the garage since neither of us drive and I have never once experienced a bike sitting in an apartment in tulum… I wrote them on WhatsApp again asking what this was all about and once again, zero response. I wrote and called Airbnb, I have stayed in tulum for the entire winter in multiple buildings for four years without a single issue… Airbnb rejected their claim and I finally got a message from the company, simply asking for more “5 start reviews”… Never an apology, we made a mistake… Zero, nada, nothing.
I will never stay with them again, imagine Airbnb would have approved their claim blindly?!
It was a cash grab… multiple guests stayed in the unit after me, I have no idea if they used the bikes or not, but if this was a genuine claim, don’t you think they’d know about missing bikes a little sooner??
Do your research, there are identical apartments in that exact building available for less and with direct pool access.

The archtecture is awesome. The hotel is modern, beautiful and tastefully decorated. The private pool on the roof is great. The apartment was comfortable, modern and cozy, we didn't miss anything and we felt very comfortable. We rented bikes in the hotel and rode them to the beach and to the ruins. The hotel's own cenote and shared roof terrace are a dream. We would definitely come back!!

Fantastic place! Clean, comfortable beds, good beds, great privacy on the upper (private) pool deck. Lots of space.
It almost splits the distance between Tulum town and the beach - renting a scooter is the ideal way to get around. There is a great rental place about 400m from the apartment (and have the tacos from the place next door - great price and good taste!).
Eating out in Tulum is expensive, so the option to cook our own breakfast and lunch (and the occasional dinner) was really nice in the well appointed kitchen.
I would definitely return for another visit.
