Unzufrieden zurückgesandt
Leider war der Akku nach kurzer Zeit aus. Das Schmutzwasser schwer zu entsorgen, die Wischfunktion funktionierte nicht. Für die Rücksendung musste ich fast €30 zahlen.

Gerät sehr gut. Support super, aber
Support sehr schnell. Gerät überzeugt. Aber
1. DHL hat zuerst das Gerät nicht eingeüackt und ich musste nachhaken. Der Support war dann super schnell und ich hatte das bei der nächsten Gelegenheit.
2. Das Gerät tut was es soll, aber bei älteren Flecken mit Schokolade ist es mühsam. Da muss ich experimentieren. Dazu gibt es aber einen Support.
Nebeneffekt: Wenn du mal anfängst zu säubern, stellst du fest, dass das was due als sauber dachtest "Schmutz" war. Am Schluss rienigst du alles neu.

The battery capacity varies across competitors, ranging from 2500mA to 4000mA, with some high-end models (such as those using hot water or steam) offering capacities up to 6250mA. These differences in capacity are typically reflective of the product's price range.
The runtime of your device depends on the mode in use. The battery life of up to 35 minutes refers to the maximum possible duration that can be achieved in Dry Mode.

Worst customer service I have experienced
As a EU VAT payer I requested a VAT refund which was "rejected" (it is illegal to charge VAT to a VAT payer from a different country), due to their website being exclusively B2C.
I'm reporting them to the authorities.
