Uvilizer product leaves a clean fresh smell in the rooms it is used in. I believe it has helped alleviate allergy symptoms that had occurred sleeping overnight. It won't totally eliminate allergy symptoms, yet it is a huge relief waking up much less stuffy in the morning.

11 days after a shipping label was created my package still hasn’t left the warehouse! Disappointed.

Completely nonresponsive after more than a week of delivery listing as 'waiting to be shipped' on the tracking number after getting emailed that it was already on the way. No sign of product, no response to emails or web forms, disappointing void of customer service.

Works as advertised. Remote is a bit flaky, but since it's a "nice to have" and not a necessity, pfft.

The way this product looked on the commercial.You can use it anytime in your home but no, that's not the case, and you can't leave your plants in the house.Nor can you have your pets in the house?I want a refund and I've been asking for someone to contact me.And no one contacts me back so please contact me back Update 4/6/24. Still no answer from this company. What a ripoff! Do not buy this product. They do not care about you.

Order # 1334 was paid for express shipping. 1 to 3 days as per the information posted at your website. Today is day 8 and it looks like I am going to wait for more than 15 days which the standard shipping. Please correct as I am traveling and would to have with me on

The product was packaged well and arrived on time. Uvilizer looks great and works!

The item is fine, however it took longer than I thought to get. I would have like more information on how and what it does

Easy to use, and very effective

So far, so good. Great experience with this easy to use lamp, enjoying my bedroom again, free of uncomfortable bugs.

I still haven’t received my product.

I paid over a week ago and though it shows shipping it has been awaiting pickup for over a week now. I wouldn’t order directly thru them again. Amazon had three day delivery, I should have bought thru them… as to item I can’t tell because I am still waiting for it to arrive

We NEVER received the product. Customer Service has been NO help. Please cancel this order.

I still do not have the product. I called the number and someone kept hanging up on me. I paid for the uvilizer September 29.

Charged and it never turned on. POC

This company? Has zero cancellation policy ! I cancelled after 1 day when I originally ordered it, There was No attempt to rectify the issue on their part ... And did not help at all in that process,
Instead of acknowledging my cancellation they told me to track down the package!!!!!! Extremely poor or non existent customer service,,,,, Be warned If you think you can cancel ,,,,, You Can't!!!
I am going to the bank today to see what can be done,,,,,

The delivery to Canada is slow - expect a good week and half. Other than that I tried it first in our washroom for only 15 minutes. After the 45 min wait as noted, I removed it and permitted the room to air out. There was mold spots gone from the wall and the shower curtain (cloth) had no washroom smell left and was even whiter in appearance showing unknow mold was destroyed.
