Great product and fantastic customer service. I almost purchased from a different fake website that basically sells cheap copycat versions of the UVILIZER Tower, but luckily I did a quick Google search and found the real UVILIZER.com before moving forward with placing my purchase. The fake sited were called Uvlizer.co or Uvlizer.us I believe. Buyers be aware of those two or any site not ending with .com. They almost got me through one of their ads. I hope that helps others buy from the right place instead of getting scammed like I almost did. I reached out to UVILIZER.com to ask about this and they informed us that they have a lot of copycats that use their name wrongfully and to purchase directly from them to assure they get a real genuine UVILIZER Tower product. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I have bad allergies and this helped clear them up almost instantly. You can really feel it in the air when breathing at my place now. I highly recommend this for anyone and everyone.

I purchased four. Plugged them in and left alone. From the first day I started having sinus issue and burning feeling in my nose and throat. After one month of using, I tried to think back if I had changed anything or done anything different before feeling unwell. Sure enough that’s how I traced it back to using these! Save your money and stay well

First I bought helped me control the bed bugs until it wore out but the second one isn't working very well. I can run it for an hour and when it's time to open the door, I do an inspection and still find live ones.

The remote control doesn't work.

Shipping was fast. The product was very well packed. I LOVE my light. The square footage it covers is much greater than my other lamp (same brand). It's great for large rooms and high ceilings. I won't go without one.

I tried contacting you many times many ways immediately after the order was finalized to tell you I wanted it delivered to a different address, but no response. Finally after it was delivered to me, I got an email I could respond to, and got a response. I was able to print out another address label, but was dissappointed it took so much to get ahold of someone about the error. Would have much preferred if any of the other contact links you had would have gotten a response.

Service was disappointing. My product arrived in a Amazon Prime Box ripped up and they used clear tape to tape it back up.
Looks like someone was tampering with it I guess it was not what they wanted and taped it back up in a different box. I know I ordered from your website not Amazon Prime

We have two towers in Michigan. Love the job they do. So we wanted one for our home in Az.

I really like my Uvlizers. My home is an open concept on the "living" end of our house then normal bedrooms and bathrooms on the other end. Three Uvlizers are needed for the open end and I love the job they do. The other rooms only need one per room. The ozone smell is like the air after a thunderstorm. Removing plants, pets, and people during the cleaning and dissipating procedures is inconvenient but worth it. When I called customer service, I received excellent care. She could not have been any nicer and patiently answered my questions.

Stay away. Somehow I ordered 2 units instead of one. Caught the error the same day and emailed requesting they change the order and refund it. Despite several more communications, they shipped both items the following week and gave me a return label. They had my return as of 1/30. I emailed the tracking showing as much and inquired about my refund. They responded on 2/1 and 2/2, with apologies for my frustration (said frustration caused by them). Still no credit to my PayPal. Wrote again 2/4. Still, crickets. Shady company. Keep clear. Next step: BBB and Attorney General.

I just got the Uvilizer and used it for the first time for 30 minutes and the air already seems cleaner to breathe.

I am not sure if it did its job, but the smell afterwards was so strong and awful, we could not use it again. :(

I was a little leery at first about buying this device. I wasn't sure it would do as advertised. I bought it to stop the mold in my shower. There wasn't a whole lot of it but I couldn't get rid of it. The day this device arrived, I took it to my bathroom and started it up. I think I ran a 15 and a 30 minute cycle. Afterwards the mold looked dryer. I wasn't sure if it had done the job or not. The next day after taking my shower, I took a wet paper towel and simply wiped the mold away. I was very pleased.

Don’t waste your money. Supposedly delivered to my door, pictured wasn’t our home. Customer service continues to twiddle their thumbs and insist I received package. IF I ever do receive what we paid for I will promptly return product. If you can’t trust customer services then absolutely can’t trust their uvlizer. Steer away!
