I only used this device for one day for about one hour and it stopped working, I tried to contact customer service through email (they don’t have a phone number) and they replied a couple days later with a troubleshooting list that I tried but didn’t work, tried to contact them again for a return address for repair but they closed the case without any return address or return label

I purchased the "Razer" UVC disinfection wand from this company. My account was charged, but I have yet to receive the item or any updates. When checking the site, I am unable to locate the listing for the item.

I used this product in my bedroom for 15 minutes and I had to disconnect because suddenly, my children and myself start feeling nauseous, differently breathing and vomiting, we were not in the room and the door was closed. We have to leave the house and open the room window, the smell in the room (ozone gas) was too much for my children and myself. I read they have zero return policy, they can keep my money, I will never expose my family to something like this before reading the reviews.. I only would like the company to give an address so I can return it, because I would not want others to be exposed to this. Waiting for their responded.. after I bought it said is not safe around animals or children.. they should mention that in the TV adds as well .. I Do not recommend this product at all.. specifically if they do not stay behind there product..

i ordered 3 only one working poor packaging one tube broken the other one plugged in and just clicked noting happening so emailed them and no reply so £79.99 and only one working i would never recommend them they are also cheaper on amazon

My first order for my Uvlizer home disinfection device works like a charm so I thought I would buy the Portable UV light wand sterilizer for my cruise last month which ended on July 4th 2024. It did not work I have reach out to customer service numerous time and had no response of my defected item. I am very disappointed it is 7/20/2024 still no contact.

The light bulb doesn't work. I contacted to return the item and was told they had to have the confirmation number, which I cannot find. I don't know where to go from here

Fresh clean smell

I don't know! I thought that I finished the order but it has been so long that I can't remember when I originally looked into it. I have just given up.

I love the clean feeling I get when I enter a room that has just been Uvilized!! Especially my bedroom.

Product came quickly and efficiently. Only hiccup was the tracking wasn't accurate. When it was at my house, here in Thunder Bay Ontario Canada, it showed up as delivered to another city in British Columbia Canada. 4 provinces away. Other than that, Fantastic.

I sterilized my bedroom for the pillows and general cleaning. Impressed with how effective the uvlizer works.

They never answered any of my mails. I've been waiting for a response, there's no way to contact them other than their webpage. Honestly I think is a SCAM. Don't buy there!!!
