Utility Bidder Arvostelua

THANK YOU doesnt seem to cut it. Nizam Hussein you've been a tremdous support and couldn't have done any more in helping me with a terrible mistake a Gas provider had made. You helped me get to the bottom of something I felt was going to be never ending and was very serious. I couldnt recommend Nizam enough on this you get a 10 stay rating. Nizam your knowledge and patience has been the best! Thanks 😁 Sarah Keel Lodges

As a business we haven't got time to go through all the options available to us for our energy.
Utility Bidder have been great for us and Nizam has sorted our contracts the last few times now and contacts us when something changes and feels we'd be better off changing. Nizam has always been very helpful, friendly and professional (and patient when I haven't got back to him promptly!) If his service is typical of the company, i have no hesitation recommending UtilityBidder

Top class customer service, patient, tailored to meet my needs and in general very nice to deal with

Highly recommend dealing with UB. Especially with Liam Tierney. ( I hope your boss is reading it - HE NEEDS A RISE! ) Absolute gem in sales.
I’ve had a genuinely positive experience working with the company, and I feel it’s only fair to highlight the level of service I received, especially from him. Very knowledgeable and informative, polite and not pushy - i put the phone down if i sniff out a pushy sales person.... can't do with any sales BS.

Everything felt straightforward and transparent. Utility contracts can often be overwhelming or feel a bit rushed, but that wasn’t the case here. Liam took the time to explain my options clearly, breaking down the details of each deal - so it actually made sense. I never felt pressured into making a decision, which made a big difference.

Liam was professional, patient, and refreshingly honest. That kind of integrity is rare and made it much easier to trust the recommendations he gave. He also stayed responsive throughout the process.
Overall, the experience felt efficient but still personal. I came away feeling confident that I’d made the right choices for my business, both in terms of cost and long-term value. Will be back again when contracts end.

I changed my business water supplier using them and was quoted an annual amount much cheaper than my existing supplier. Once I signed up and got first 2 bills they are over double my old supplier, and surprise surprise, trying to speak to the agent who set it up at utility bidder is almost no go . She hasn’t replied to emails or phone calls
In reply, nothing has been settled yet and it was hard to get hold of you at utility bidder until I wrote this review

Kim provides a comprehensive and excellent service each time we renew. I am yet to beat the prices she secured and the aftercare support makes all the difference when a matter needs addressing. Hope to continue for more years to come.

Rebecca helped me. She was first class. Got me a better deal from the one offered by my current electricity supplier and I am staying with them. The proposed new deal was a huge increase.Thank You.

We have been using an alternative Broker for many years and Liam was a breath of fresh air! Not pushy, just factual, really open, honest and responsive to my questions with plenty of data and evidence to back his explanations. I would highly recommend!

Clear concise guidance from Bradly chamberlain, who explained, the terms renewables and non renewables,
and gave me all the prices and lengths of contracts available to me at this time.

Khaliq is a pleasure to deal with. No nonsense approach. Would highly recommend.

Very pushy cold sales call where the idiot wouldnt take no for an answer and did not remove my number from contact like i had requested when i said i wasnt interested. I had to then ring back after a missed call from them and spoke to another sarcastic one when i told her to remove my number. Those 2 interactions clearly show what kind of company it is

Efficient, timely and helpful service. Sukie Gill took me through the process in a clear and structured way. Really pleased.

Professional, friendly and very helpful

Devon was my first point of contact and really made it an easy choice with competitive pricing on both Gas and Electricity with no pressure or sales tactics .

I changed supplier in around 30 minutes. very easy and clear steps.

Such a smooth easy company to deal with , dealt with David Grimshaw who was fantastic , really professional and knowledgeable, really friendly , so efficient , got back to me in seconds , had everything set up that day , so helpful and would recommend to anyone

What a great bloke Liam Tierney is at Utilllity Bidder. In a short phone call he helped compare my existing tariff with the best option he could offer and I had no reason to be hesitant, but to give him the go ahead and seal the deal. Thanks Liam. By 8.30am I was getting on with the rest of my day, not concerned with needing to navigate the plethora of energy company offers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An outstanding experience from start to finish.
We engaged this utility broker to support us with our energy contract, and the level of service exceeded expectations. The whole process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine attention to our needs. The options provided were clearly explained, allowing us to make a well-informed decision with confidence. A special thank you to David Grimshaw, who was exceptional throughout. His responsiveness, knowledge of the market, and proactive approach made a real difference. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, efficient, and tailored to our requirements. It’s rare to find this level of service and care. We would highly recommend both David and the team to anyone looking for expert guidance on energy procurement.

Thank you again for your excellent support!

Leah Johnson did a wonderful job for me arguing my case first with the previous supplier and then with the new supplier, both of whom had issued me with bills that were hundreds of pounds over-estimated. With some difficult negotiations she represented me and finally won the day with both suppliers. Well done Leah and thank you for your perseverance.

had a phone call within minutes of giving my details online - very efficient had the whole matter done and transferred to a cheaper supplierwithin about 10 minutes
zero stress !!

Top stuff as usual from Khaliq
