Utility Bidder Arvostelua

This experience started over two years ago when I had a phone call from utility bidders telling me I could save money on my business electric account what I didn’t realise 2 years later they signed me up to a three year contract without my consent and copied and pasted my signature Unknown to me please be wary of this Company

Excellent experience with Utility Bidder.
Easy and quick to sort a Business Gas contract out - George Ogilvie was brilliant and patient ! As it was bottom of a very big to do list. Thank you

Kimberley was a great help, thorough and a pleasure to deal with.

I have, recently, been looking to take out a new contract for my business electricity. My factory runs off of three meters so dealing with them individually is pretty stressful. Seena Dhanda dealt with everything in a professional and friendly way. She kept in close contact with me throughout the process and phoned me at the times she promised. I found her very pleasant and helpful.

Highly recommended, Luis Salazar, at Utility Bidder couldn't have been more helpful and professional.
He got me an excellent deal on our Football grounds' electricity. Five out of Five stars!!

A huge thank you to Leah Johnson at Utility Bidder for all of her help and support. We were dealing with a dispute with our electricity supplier and Leah went above and beyond to assist us. She was always quick to respond, professional and genuinely cared about getting the issue resolved. It's rare to receive such excellent customer service these days, and Leah has been fantastic throughout. Thank you again!

We've been with Utility Bidder since February 2026 for some of our energy contracts.
One further account is soon to be up for renewal so I got back in touch with Utility Bidder.
Nizam Hussein was the gentleman I dealt with and I must say he was very responsive to my expectations.
Nizam put a lot of time and effort into
getting us the best possible deal. He went above and beyond for us providing a very efficient service.
He addressed all my queries and the service I received was excellent.
I would recommend Utility Bidder to find you the best energy deal. Thank you for all the help provided!

An excellent experience with Utility Bidder. The agent assigned to me (Kimberley Martin) was first class. She promptly answered all my calls, dealt with all my queries, and provided me with invaluable assistance. Her industry knowledge was excellent and this helped me tremendously.

George who I was dealing with was very professional and pleasant, as allways. I have dealt with him for several years, and I allways come back.

George Ogilvie was very helpful. He explained everything. I'm satisfied with the service he provided

Working with Utility Bidder is very easy. Helpful and efficient

Utility Bidder always provide competitive quotes for our utilities. The staff, especially Steve Reid, are very helpful and the whole process is easy and stress free.

Luis is a consummate professional, always there for advice. Energy prices have been turbulent over the years but Luis has always navigated the market and provided a good deal.

Seeta was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient

I have used Utility Bidder for several years now. They are so polite and contact me well in advance of my contract renewal so I don't feel pressured. Find their prices competitive and have never found the need to shop elsewhere.

Very patient and reassuring guidance from Seeta Dhanda over several phone calls and emails. Got my small charity society a good deal with a better electricity price than we already have. We are a small user of electricity but Seeta spent quite a bit of time helping us.

Sukie was very helpful and professional, making the whole process smoother.

Good professional advice and service by friendly and helpful staff

I have been dealing with Utility Bidder, and particularly their representative, Sukie Gill, for a number of years now and found them to be very friendly and professional in finding the best deals that are out there for our business. I have never felt pressurized in accepting any of the deals that they have come up with for our business as I have with other utility brokers that I have dealt with in the past, and I have dealt with a quite a few of them. Because I have severe visual problems, Sukie has been very patient with me whist sorting out the contracts to sign via online documentation and has helped me sometimes by confirming what the documents say before I do sign them - which for me, is wonderful, as I have had some businesses blame me because I am unable to read the screen quick enough for them as they want to get onto the next call and contract. Utility Bidder wanted me and our business to get it right and be very happy with the new contract and what we were signing up for. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants someone to care for their business.
