It answered all my questions even before I asked them. The system was set up in a comprehensive and easy to navigate manner. I wish it also contained a notary and two witnesses, but I guess that's coming soon. Great product.

We were leaving for a trip and needed an updated will within a day. We were able to complete and print a new will in less than two hours.
As a software tester, one improvement I would love to see is the ability to create a list of individuals who will be mentioned in the will, along with all the necessary details. In any location where it is requested to enter someone's details, there should be a drop-down list to select the individual. Selecting would enter the individual's complete name and required details. This would be much easier than entering multiple times.
