I initially filed my trademark…
I initially filed my trademark application myself and unfortunately made several errors, which resulted in an Office Action from the USPTO requiring a formal response. A friend referred me to a law firm that specializes in trademarks, but they required a $2,500 retainer just to review the Office Action.
I was hesitant to trust the many services reaching out to offer help, but Secure Mark stood out by offering to review my situation and provide a clear breakdown of my options.
