Sincerest apologies for the confusion, please understand that retail prices are 3 to 4 times more than what it is really worth in precious metal. We make you a verbal offer prior to purchase you had the opportunity to decline. We appreciate your patronage and hope that we can be of service sometime in the future and make you a bit happier.
Warmest regards,
USGB Team.
Great place to sell your gold!

First class people all the way
First class people all the way! I have used US Gold Buyers several times to liquidate estate items that included gold, silver and diamonds. In each instance, I am certain that I got a superior and fair return for the items. Their offers were better than what I could get from local merchants, most of whom lack the proper resources and network. I also love US Gold Buyers rapid payment system.

USGoldBuyers is "GOLDEN"!
I have done business with USGB several times since moving to WA from CT. A local custom design family jeweler here in Sequim, WA, had done extensive research on many companies and recommended USGB to me as the most trustworthy and highest paying. I have been extremely happy with all of my transactions with USGB and their processing is lightening fast!

All smooth and easy as pie
My friend had used USgoldbuyers. I was a bit nervous sending a $1000 item in the mail -- but it was "good as gold!" They quoted the same price I'd had in mind and the money was here in hours, via an internet, print-out check.
I made an error, trying to ship it by UPS vs. FED EX, but once I got the package in the correct box, I heard a confirmation that it had been picked up, then when it arrived, and soon the value.
