We are glad you gave us the opportunity to take another look at your offer, Nicole! At Cash for Gold USA, we understand that the initial appraisal may not always meet a customer's expectations, which is why we encourage open conversations about pricing. Our team is always happy to listen, review the details, and explore whether there is room to improve an offer. We are delighted that the revised amount was much closer to what you had hoped to receive. Ultimately, we want every customer to feel comfortable and confident about their decision rather than pressured to accept a number they are unhappy with. Thank you for giving us the chance to work with you and reach a better outcome. We truly appreciate your business and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again!

We understand your disappointment, Brittany, especially when the initial estimate was the reason you decided to send your jewelry to us. Seeing an actual offer that was considerably lower than expected would understandably be frustrating. At Cash for Gold USA, preliminary estimates are based on the information provided before we physically inspect the items, while final offers reflect the actual metal content, purity, weight, and other characteristics determined during appraisal. We recognize, however, that such a significant difference can leave customers feeling their time was wasted, and that is certainly not the experience we want anyone to have. Our appraisal process is completely free, and customers are never obligated to accept an offer. If the amount does not meet their expectations, we are happy to return their items at no charge. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to evaluate your jewelry and sharing your feedback, which helps us identify where we can better communicate expectations before customers send their valuables.

We appreciate your balanced feedback and are glad that so much of your experience with Cash for Gold USA was positive. While we are pleased that you found the appraisal process fast and easy, we understand that the amount offered was not quite what you had hoped for. We know that receiving a satisfying offer is an important part of the experience, and we never want customers to feel disappointed with the outcome. Every appraisal is based on the specific characteristics of the items received, and we always welcome questions or conversations about an offer before a final decision is made. The fact that you would still recommend our service despite your disappointment means a great deal to us. Thank you for recognizing the convenience and efficiency of our process and for giving us the opportunity to evaluate your jewelry. We hope to have another chance to work with you and earn that fifth star!

Earning someone’s trust when they started out skeptical is a win we never take for granted! We love that you tested Cash for Gold USA with items you had already received offers on, because it gave you a real comparison for the experience and the value you received. Hearing that our offer came in 20% higher than someone you had worked with locally makes the result even more meaningful. Just as importantly, we are glad the process proved to be fast, efficient, and trustworthy from start to finish. Becoming your new go to place for selling valuables is a tremendous compliment, Kelly. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business and your confidence. We look forward to being here the next time you are ready to sell!

We understand your frustration, Jeri, particularly because you were expecting your payment to arrive by FedEx based on the information you were given. We are sorry for the confusion between what was communicated to you and the USPS delivery information you later received. At Cash for Gold USA, we take concerns like this seriously, and our team will review the transaction and communication surrounding your payment so we can determine exactly what happened. We also understand your concerns regarding the appraisal and the changes to the offer for your silver bracelets. Customers should feel comfortable asking questions about their valuation and deciding whether an offer works for them before moving forward. We appreciate you bringing both issues to our attention and giving us the opportunity to address them. We have been in touch with you.
